Purchased 2 large custom printed flags for our company and couldn't be happier. The first flag lasted over 1 year, despite being white/blue and up the pole 24/7. Fantastic quality and price.

I had ordered a custom Canadian flag banner to be made for my parents' residence last month. The sales associate Matthew Hobson provided me with prompt and courteous service. The banner met all of my expectations and has turned out wonderful. All of our neighbours love it as well! Thank you to the crew at The Flag Shop for your great work.

First time visiting this establishment and it will be my last. Large signage on their door. MASKS ARE REQUIRED, I walked in without one and was treated like a second class citizen by the woman wearing a N-95 mask behind the counter which was draped with a clear plastic sheet across the entire counter from floor to ceiling. The woman was clearly angry that I was maskless and shouted at me to stand on the mat in front of the counter. Even though I don’t agree with excessive Covid measures, I would have made my purchase and left but because I was treated with so much rage and disrespect, I will NEVER return! My advice to you, stop watching CBC and start thinking for yourselves, you may be the only flag shop in the city but your competing with AMAZON which delivered my flag for half the cost, the next day.

just hung up the phone from Samantha at The Flag Shop. What an awesome experience i had dealing with this company. I bought a Titan retractable pole about 5 years ago. One of the sections stopped working so i called to see if they could help me. Samantha looked after the rest with the manufacturer supplying the parts at no cost. Samantha called virtually the same day to tell me the parts had arrived and she repaired the flag pole already. All for No Charge.This company goes out of their way to look after their customers and i will proudly continue to deal with The Flag Shop for years to come.Great work to all of the staff and much thanks for your awesome service.
