Hi all - I work in HR for a company based in Edmonton. We recently contacted First On Colour to assist us with creating some supervisor log books for our field crews. The idea was not ours, but belonged to another company that they [First on Colour] service. They assisted us in getting permission to use the same format, re-create it as our own, and saved us over $500.00 as the company we typically go through for corporate items was over charging us. I highly recommend the team at First On Color for anything you need. I was there before 7am last week for the first time and was expecting to be told they wouldn't be able to print my presentation for some reason. Instead, Jose and Jordan took my file, never asked any questions, and knew exactly what to do. Not only did they print amazing quality but they printed it in a larger format that looked 10 times better. With an event right around the corner and printing that had to be finished ASAP, Michelle at First on Colour was extremely responsive and more than willing to help me have all my printing finished within a tight timeline.When I went to pick up my items the team was helpful, efficient and friendly. Amazing customer service! I tried First On Colour for the first time today, and I will for sure be a returning customer. Michelle helped me with printing and scanning corporate documents, and she provided an outstanding level of customer service. Top quality costumer service.I went in today, i was able to email them a sheet i needed printed and the gentleman that worked there asked me how many sheets i needed which was one. I asked him if he accepted cash( which they do) to which he said because its only one sheet that its on the house". Very happy with my dealings with them
