In store they're awesome and great..... Online shopping will never do it again. The site was hacked, the lack of communication between the site and the consumer it was horrible. How they talked and treated the customer at times very disrespectful. When I asked if I could get the book or my money back I was just told to wait it was 20 days late. I just happened to stop at the store to ask a question about the book. It had been shipped to the store I had not been notified about it it if I hadn't gone in they could have shipped it back after 5 days and I would have been out of my money and the book.

This is more than just a book shop. So many great events on here, awesome local authors readings and book signings and the staff really go the extra mile to help you find what you need.

This place was amazing when Starbucks used to be open there, now it feels so empty.The search machines are not available..

Frustrating going into the store to lookup an author or book and all the terminals are turned off, advising you to use their online search, but you need to have a plum membership or your own data to use the portal. Next time I will order from home instead.

Absolutely great store, I love the smell in here, so I bought a bunch of candles to cover up the scent of my gassy dog. Rotten egg is probably the way to describe her gas at the moment, it’s been an ongoing issue now for about 6 weeks since she started her new low fat diet with her wet food, she’s even refusing to eat the dry kibble now. I will continue to come back to chapters for my home fragrances, the parking is great here and the store is well stocked. The weather was also really good it brightened up the atmosphere in the store, sadly my house isn’t the same due to the gas my dog is continuously passing. But recommend this store, especially if you need a book.

I absolutely love going into chapters and browsing around. They have so much to look at aside from books. The staff is very helpful as well. I do, however, really miss starbucks being right there.

If you are a fan of science fiction give this store a skip. the small book shelfs they use for SF is mostly filled with parts 2 or 3 of multi part series and none of them are in order. but then I guess the mugs and bags they keep putting in the store are more important than books in a book store. will no longer be visiting and will be buying my books from amazon that way I can actually get the stuff I like reading.

Selection of books and magazines is good. Very frustrating the computer terminals no longer functional. Makes finding books harder and the staff do NOT know their products
