I will always buy gas here except if I am supper far away and desperate then I will buy somewhere else. Oh! And the points! Remember to collect your points.

It was Sunday and my car needed a car wash badly. The Esso on Tecumseh and Kildare was the nearest one open (it is open 24 hours) with a car wash. So it was my only choice at that time.When I proceeded for the car wash after I got a car wash code with my points, I realized that it was a fully automated touchless car wash and I have never used one before. And without my glasses I had hard time to see the instructions on how to proceed and messed up the car wash. Long story short, I exited the wash with full soap on the car, and an epic car wash fiasco.I went inside the gas station to buy another code with my points again and ask for guidance. The cashier saw my car thru his shop window and immediately realized that I had trouble with the wash. As i tried to explain what happened he (his name was Raj) politely said, 'Do not worry, I understand', and explained the process and gave me a replacement code at no additional cost! That was worth around $17 or so and he did not charge me again even though it was my mistake.I was able to go back and complete the wash. I want back inside and thanked Raj, the cashier and took his photo. He assured me that he understood what happened and turned my entire experience from becoming an embarrassment and expensive to a pleasant learning experience. Thank you Raj!

They are competitive in their prices, take PC points, have friendly knowledgeable clerks, a car wash if needed. And from the smell of the place, some good food for sale as well.

1809 Tecumseh rd east Esso gas station and On The Run" service center is a nightmare. I was in that place today and they barricaded the bathroom with stuff in front of the doors and out of order sign on the door. I told the attendant that if that facility is actually not broken they can't do that. He said they do it to keep the unwanted out. I want to know what does that mean..they are willing to take your money but they are going to judge you to see if you can use the facility..sadI hope someone with authority actually goes to that place and sees exactly what I'm talking about. I will spend my money elsewhere from now on. I hope others follow suit."

Great gas station. The car wash is basic, and there might be washes that'll get your car much cleaner... but for $6, the basic wash is a great way of getting the salt off in the winter. A total bargain, when you think about it that way. I'd recommend it. :)

Great staff, decent pricing, gas prices are on par with every other gas station, sometimes cheaper.Wish the store inside carried a few more basic groceries....but overall, definitely a good experience.

Clean quick got my gas and was out of there.

Horrible!!! The car wash is ALWAYS broken. 4 different times since October it's open I get gas to get the discount, wait in line then get told its broken and I have to reverse out. They are always working out the kinks".Usually when I go in to talk to someone they are very nice and apologetic. Understanding the frustration.This time

I get gas here fairly often but never again. Washroom was out of service. I don’t have a problem with that. The guy behind me in line asked to use it in their language and was able to use it after I returned to my car. Pretty bad treatment.

You can say the employees and owners at this location are not rude. They do their job instead of teasing the customer like some Esso gas stations do. These people don't care if you are a man, woman, black, white, have a disability, short, tall, or what age you are. They serve you professionally without prejudice.
