The Blenheim location, much like the Tilbury location, has managed to squeeze a lot under one roof. I periodically make the trip to Blenheim Canadian Tire to do my shopping as they have later hours that work well with the shifts I work. They also always seem to have in stock what I'm looking for, from automotive supplies to all natural dog treats, household items, and everything in between. The staff have always been very friendly and helpful. Great Job Guys & Gals!

The only smaller Canadian Tire that gets it. Limited space crammed full of the useful tools and stuff you would expect to find at an AUTOMOTIVE store. I was looking for a valve spring compression tool, and couldn't find it on their shelves. One of the employees spent 15 minutes tearing their shelves apart behind the automotive desk one at a time and found it. Exceptional efforts for this day and age, where it seems like most associates find customers to be a burden and blow you off with terrible excuses. Thank you Blenheim for reinstating a little faith into our falling great giant, the former-automotive champion, Canadian Tire.

I had a tough situation and spoke with Manager Marg who was nothing less than fantastic. She listened to me and helped with a positive outcome. I had to return to the store to complete my transaction and dealt with a wonderful lady (didn't get her name but receipt says operator 5) who also listened promptly got another manager Chris who was also top notch! I left the store feeling valued and appreciated. I appreciate you all just as much! Thank you for another perfect experience!

I bouhht a camera from them. I called first and they wouldn't hold it until I got there as they only had one. They said pay online that way its yours, so I did. This was 8.30amThey sent an email saying it won't be ready until 2.30 pm. I have to drive 45 minutes to get there, so I showed up at 3.00 pm. 6 1/2 hours later and still not ready. This was a small package. Then they wouldn't get it without a certain code. I was never given a code but I brought in the email showing this but they said it wasn't good enough.45 later I'm leaving totally frustrated. No wonder why many people buy off Amazon. I am done with Canadian tire.

Blenheim's own store crammed into a building too small for the footprint required to adequately house all the CT lines of product. That said great customer service on my visit and who doesn't enjoy an Easter egg hunt for your product once in a while. Thought my rain check was from the Blenheim store but it was actually from the Chatham location. The lady on the returns and cash went the extra mile to confirm that they could honour the rain check and pleasantly suprised they did. Thanks again. All in all appreciative of having a CT in such a small town so as not to have to commute to Chatham.

Heading home from camping and had an immediate tire issue. Diverted to Canadian Tire and Jordan was able to get us back on the road with a new valve stem and even cleaned and resealed the tire. Great customer service. *****

Always has some good deals. Nice staff. (Update June 2023) they offer so many more stuff, even for a small town, this one is seems like a biggest store, have almost everything to maintain house, car......the staffs are nice and helpful, well organized store, clean and as always have good deals.

Worst customer service I have ever received...went to buy an item it said they had 1 in stock they said it had just came in yesterday and it was in the back the lady went to look in the back for no more than 2 minutes and came back out to say that it's to messy back there and they can call me in 2 day when they find it. Not sure why management would allow there back room to be messy and disorganized or why the lady couldn't take the time to actually look for it and help us out. Instead we had to drive another 20 minutes to the Chatham location and they were very kind and helpful, when we told them the type of service that we received at this location they were absolutely disgusted
