Amazing experience. Took the time and care to be gentle with my weak nails. Got bio gel and they are still great 2 weeks later, need a fill only because of growing out.

The staff was lovely and the complimentary water bottle was nice. However, I walked out with very sensitive and bleeding cuticles. On a few of my fingers they even cut farther than my cuticle and cut skin. My fingers were bleeding the next day as well. It wasn’t painful, but I shouldn’t have bled.

I came here for the first time after a bad experience at another nail place in Woodstock. They completely redid the nails, offered me water while I was there and, had very affordable pricing. The nail tech was so nice and chatted with me while I was getting my nails done, she was so easy to get along with. My 6yr old cousin came with me as well and they were so sweet to her l and did their best to design her little nails. 10/10 will definitely be going back!

I’m so upset I went to get my nails done for a wedding on Thursday charged me for a ombré design wasn’t even a real design paid 73.45 for a pedi and shellac manicure that’s already chipping and my cuticles are bleeding and trimmed way to much

They don’t know how to manage their time at all! I’ve been here 3 times and always leave very disappointed and have never once actually received a service from them. I’ve made 2 different appointments showed up on time and waited 40 minutes the first and 30-35 the second before leaving because they still hadn’t gotten to me. I’ve tried making other appointments and they don’t get back so I tried a walk in was told 10 minutes and still sat around for over 30 before leaving.

Love this place. The quality of the work is just there. I have tried many different salons in and out of town and this one by far is the one i always return to. Terri does amazing designs, she is literally so talented and i could not recommend her enough. Super friendly, fairly priced, always clean. If you want to see Terri, there's sometimes a wait but believe me, she is worth the wait.
