Rentokil Pest Control

I've known, and have had Stu come in for our inspections at several locations I've worked at over the past few years now. He has always been a very pleasent, thorough and informative gentleman. We always look forward to his visits. Thank you for keeping us pest free!

I called once and got pricing details which seemed reasonable. I told them I wanted to book their service. I gave them my number and was told someone would call me in about an hour. Five days later, having heard nothing, I called again. I told them my story and the woman was apologetic and said she would send the message immediately telling the scheduler I had called once already. I told her if I didn't hear back, I wouldn't be calling a third time. She said I don't blame you. Guess what? I didn't hear back from them. I guess they have enough business and don't care about new customers or customer service. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH RENTOKIL. There are lots of other companies out there that won't waste your time like they wasted mine.

I had to call them few times for the service, but for the 3rd time when I called them, they took it really seriously and sent a technician in 6 minutes to remove the rat from our office ceiling.The guy was an amazing and he knew what he is doing. He was the best in his job.I will give 3 start only as I had to call them 3 days for the service.

George Benson was so helpful and professional! He did a total inspection and then went above and beyond to maneuver himself behind very tight spots of refrigerators, washers, stoves to seal all areas where the mice can enter. It was not an easy job. George did what he needed to do with a smile and with a very pleasant personality! He is an expert! And, we learned so much from him.I have used other exterminators and George was by far the best!

Cletus is very professional and show great interest in making sure that all pest control measures are taken to keep the restaurant cleans and free from pest. He also give many recommendations to help with keeping the restaurant free from pest. He is well knowledgeable about his job. We love having him as our pest control representative, thank you for all the great work you put in.

Our Tech Darren has done a great job informing us of the best preventative treatments for our large site. Being a medical grade clean facility it is important to have consistency and knowledge to maintain best practice policies, thank you Darren for that!!

It was the first time we used a pest control service. Stacey was our technician. She was knowledgeable, detail oriented and went out of her way to help by even coming in on the weekend. I would recommend her professional service to anyone.

My work has used Rentokil/Steritech for many years. Our technician, Justin P., has always been amazing. He's efficient and thorough while still being aware and respectful of our operations in our very tiny store. He's also one of the most charismatic people I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. We all look forward to his monthly visits. (For the record - the few times we've had someone else because he was away, they have also been great.)

Stacey is amazing!!! She keeps our restaurant in tip top shape. Ever since she’s taken over our bug problems have disappeared. Hope she stays our pest control person for the foreseeable future! Rentokil is extremely lucky to have her on representing them!!!
