I sent an email late and responded and then I called him it was late in the night. He was so nice and said he would go to a suite and get it ready for us. The suite was very hot but he put fans in. The bed was comfortable and clean. The shower worked great. Thanks so much for your kindness after me waking you up. If anyone is planning to come to the grassland national park this is the place to come if you didn't bring a tent. Thanks

Bedbugs and room smelled bad. Woke up with a rash on my back. I hope the man gets new beds or does something to fix it. Owner does not accept card. You better show up with cash. Would recommend the covenant hotel over this one anyday

Great location, minutes from the national park. Don is a nice gentleman. Rooms were nice, rustic yet functional. Fair price too. Toilet campfire was hilarious!

Lovely place to stay for a weekend trip. Everything was quiet, very clean & enjoyable. Rooms include up to 4 beds at a very reasonable price with full kitchens (sink, fridge, stove, oven, microwave) and all the odds and ends you might need to cook.Rooms are slightly eclectic between the mish-mash of furniture, bed spreads, and old VCR TV's with a fairly substantial selection of movies in each room.This is a great place & I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a night.

Don is a great host, accommodation was unique and comfy, such a beautiful spot. The little town has a convenience store, super close to Grasslands, the locals are friendly. Taught our kids how to operate a VCR, for everyone staying please be kind and rewind HAHA

Spent 3 nights. Close to grassland park. Took groceries but there is a store in Val Marie in case you need something. Went in back of building to stargaze each night. We loved the place and the price is very reasonable.
