Do not park your car in their lot and walk away. I got a ticket after I parked and walked to the Costco next door, even though I did make a purchase at this McDonald's afterwards. In all fairness there is a warning sign for non-patron parking. Expensive lesson learned.

As of the last 4 months something changed. You ask for fresh burger at the drive through...you used to get fresh! NOW. you drive away and you find your burger is not fresh...maybe because they're hoping you drive away not notice. This place was a total 10....now a 5

today I had the worst experience ever at McDonalds. First they tried to give me the wrong order at drive through and when I mention it, they asked me to walk inside and pick it up at the front counter. After multiple inquiries and over half hour waiting there with my kids waiting, they finally gave me my two happy meal order. My kids were definitely not happy, so we will skip McDonalds for a few months until they forget this experience

I am really not happy right now. The staff are not properly doing their jobs. For several times already, I want sweet and sour sauce inside my take-out, never remembered it. Now, you gave me the uncooked nuggets, they are still raw. I am gonna report this to the headquarters. I got a $59 ticket at the parking lots only I parked there within 30min, even I bought some food from the store yesterday. I felt unhappy. so please be careful when you want to park your car in the parking lots.

Very good location & good parking place. The front of Costco port Coquitlam.We bought 3-coffee senior, 1-6 Mc nuggets, 1-Large Fries.Very fresh & delicious economy price.

Had an awful customer experience on Jun 17, 2023 at 2:30pm at drive thru. Lady asked me to park the car and wait as Sandwiches were not ready. I paid for 4 combos and it was missing 1.A manager came to my car (lady wearing black uniform from India), she was rude and said she put the forth sandwich by herself in the bag and she didnt beleive it was missing 1.I showed her the bags and the car and there was no sandwich anywhere. She kept on arguing she had put the sandwich in the bag so I asked her to speak to her Manager and she said she is the Manager. I said: “ok lets go inside and find your supervisor”, do she decided to give me the sandwich and she said she didnt care.This branch needs a better Manager and coach their staff urgently. Very poor customer service.

If you want your order incorrect then this is your place!!! Ordered sugar free vanilla latte and they came half full. Fries were cold and soggy burger looked like it was sat on to warm it up...

This is the second time we hadnt receive what we order. And this time is much worse. We ordered 4 Double hamburger with other items for snacks. And inside the burger only 1 piece of beef in all of 4 double hamburger. What a scam!!! Either supervior or staffs need to get fired. Getting what customer ordered is the basic ethic for getting paid for the job. If we get served like this twice already, I wonder how many others were treated the same.

Dirtiest McDonald’s I’ve ever been, I can’t find a single acceptable place to sit. Garbage everywhere on the floor and the table is greasy. Clean up the place please!
