I personally find it very interesting how one bad review can affect someone's small business. This business isn't home depot, This company is a trade related company that deals mostly with commercial and industrial customers.I have dealt with this company for years and they have always been more then helpful and go out of there way to get you the proper part in the fastest way possible.That being said, I have also referred many residential customers to this company and they all have been satisfied with the service they provide.If you provide them with a model number or serial number of the part your looking for they always provide an almost instant price and availability of the part requested.But if you ask for a motor for a green furnace that makes heat they probably will look at you funny,

Very helpful when looking for motors, electrical parts

Not as good as they used to be*I used to get old fan motors years ago when I looked after an apartment complex in Oshawa.A few months ago I went back looking for a 1970's fan motorI brought in the old motor to see if you can get itThe guy said Yes we can get it"A few weeks later I bought a new fan when buddy didn't call when he said he'd "call when it's in"There used to be a lady who worked there in the early 2000sThat gave 100% better customer serviceI won't be backBut thanks for your reply"

Great customer service. My blower motor die for my York furnace. Original York motor was not available by York or anyone close by. Michelle hook me up with a after market exact match to retrofit. They closes at 4pm I call in and she waited for me until 4:30pm on two occasions. Much appreciated.

Great family mechanic business

Had great experience first time I needed a part dealt with Michelle! When going back for another issue I had to Call store about a part I ordered, male in customer service was beyond rude. I would never want to deal with this supply store again, just because of him! There is a way to talk to customers and this man does not have that skill, very condisending and unable to help in anyway possible. When dealing with this company be very cautious!
