Everytime an issue has come up either deficiency or my self just being picky they always wanted to work out the best solution and remedy it as soon as possible. Overall great installers and front office staff. Their product was made in their place of business and u can tell they have a standard of quality in their process that far succeeded other in the same business. Even the way they package for transport was done with care as to not damage any of the wood or glass. Would recommend them to any friends or family !Thank u glass world :)

We were in their show room last week to see our choices of bathtubs. They have a great selection of tubs and the show room is expansive!The employee had a great knowledge base and was helpful with our questions.

Our contractor recommend Glass World to us, The young sales woman annah was helpful and patient with my wife and myself while looking at our house plans. She helped us design the glass portion for our showers, she made it easier for us. The guy who came to measure was helpful. Thanks Glass World and Dustin, our glass shower door has been installed on their last business day this year. They dealt with the work very professional, arrived my home on time (even early in the morning), and friendly…the company can also repair the bathtub surface. we can use the shower before the new year. So happy!!

Extremely disappointed with our glass shower doors from Glass World. We had them installed a few years ago during a bathroom renovation and while they do look nice, they leak terribly. It appears that the water is getting out from under the doors and the seams. We tried repositioning the shower head so it wasn’t aimed at the doors but it didn’t help at all. We called Glass World in hopes of a solution but unfortunately they never even returned our calls. We don’t even use that shower anymore because the floor is always soaked afterwards.

Glass World provided me with glass for a small project. The entire crew, including the sales, financing, and shop personnel, provided a great experience. On top of that the glass looks fantastic. Highly recommend coming here if you need any work done.

Would never buy a thing from this company again. Ordered tubs, shower enclosure and all closet/pantry organizers from them for a new house. When they came to install, multiple glass pieces were cut incorrectly for the shower base that was purchased from them. Almost every closet had missing pieces. 2 installers came and one was experienced a did a great job. The other was new and did half the house unsupervised. Missed studs multiple times and left a bunch of visable holes in the drywall, mounted shelves at wrong heights etc. He gave a simple sorry for the extra holes and left. When the company emailed to schedule a follow up install to correct the issues they somehow didn’t receive my email back saying that I was out of town for those dates and they showed up anyways. Then, they still didn’t have everything to finish the pantry! 3 trips/days to do a one day job. No respect for my time either. To top it all off, they kept my credit card on file without permission after I paid the deposit and charged me the outstanding amount without any communication at all.

Outstanding service and products. The sales staff is very helpful with design and the installers always do a fantastic job with attention to detail. As a contractor I always recommend Glass World to all of my clients.
