Certi-Dri Restoration
Because of Certi-Dri Restoration I now have a dry, clean, sanitized basement. A few weeks ago my sewer backup. Shannon came in and explained in detail what was going to happen and it was amazing. Certi-Dri Restoration brought in their equipment and took away all my worries.I recommend Certi-Dri Restoration.

Certi-Dri Restoration
Our basement was damaged during the First Great Flood of Summer 2021. Certi-Dri was recommended in a local Facebook group. I am so happy with the work they did! They came out the next day, guided me through the insurance claim process and started working later that afternoon. Also, the staff we encountered were all just really cool, down to earth people - the kind of people you would want to have a beer with. They gave us a SUPER good deal compared to what I've heard from other people in the area who experienced the same issue. I highly recommend.

Shannon made me very relaxed and calm. I was so worked up about my basement flooding but she help to ease the situation. I didnt want any company coming in to do the job. From the first phone call with certi dry I felt as though they was family. They were very efficient, very professional, reliable and what wherever promises she made she made sure she did them plus some extras. I am very happy to meet beautiful people but I hope I don't have to see then ever again. Thank you so much certi dry

Certi-Dri Restoration
Shannon and her team did a great job on my basement. At a time when all water damage companies were overwhelmed, they responded quickly. I had called another company and they didn't call back for 2 days. Shannon came out same day and started immediately. Her team even helped me clean out my basement. Everyone was extremely nice and helpful at a very stressful time for everyone. I appreciate the great job they did.
