Small, clean, and fairly newly updated rooms. Fair price. Right in the center of town, nslc, Co-op, and a home hardware right across the street. Walking distance to local shops and restaurants

Sweet and reasonably priced 4 unit motel situated directly across the road from the town's grocery store and liquor store. The owners are super friendly and attentive-service is top-notch! Very clean room with AC, fridge, microwave, electric kettle, toaster, hair dryer, satellite TV, WIFI, table and chairs and lots of clean towels etc. Lots of overflow parking if needed. I will book with this motel again!

We had so many Bad accomodations in Nova scotia and newfoundland which were more expensive that we are really Happy with this one. Good WiFi, Coffee and waterboiler, comfy beds, fridge, ice cubes and Windows which could be opened. Friendly communication.

A great place for spending some nights in Chetticamp!The owner of the motel was super helpful and accommodated us last minute, as well as helped us with restaurants and other things around.The motel is located right across the grocery/convenience store, and the NSLC store. Amazing views of Chetticamp Harbour from the room and front porch - the best place to have coffee sipping some wine or a cup of coffee! Lovely place to be!I would definitely be staying here everytime I come to Chetticamp.

Room is as shown in the photos from others. Easy to book and locate. I stayed for one night and checking in was easy. I let them know I would be checking in later and the staff accommodated. Room was clean, shower pressure was good, and it was easy to park my car. Check out was quick. There were people staying in the unit next to us and I didn’t hear any noise. Overall, great experience and it met my needs for a place to stay for one night. Motel is conveniently close to Cape Breton National Park.

Limited selection is the reality when trying to find any decent lodging options in remote areas and this is no different. Basic lodging is what this is. Smallish rooms with older mismatched furniture and an AC in the window. Location was central and the room was clean enough but water pressure was erratic. Then again not here for fancy hotels rooms but rather the scenery.

Albert's Motel is a small place and I enjoyed a jewel-box of an efficiency room. I spent two nights here and would happily have spent much longer if my travel plans permitted. It does require four stair steps to reach the porch which fronts the rooms, which are set out more like a row of adjoining cabins, with charming plantings, a beachstone fireplace outdoors for use when weather permits, and each room has a cozy seating section on the veranda for smokers or simply to enjoy the air and bustle of the main street in Cheticamp while looking off into the Harbour. My room was immaculately clean and the bed was very comfortable. Extra blankets were provided in case of chilly weather. I appreciated having an electric kettle (instead of those ubiquitous coffee makers!) for a proper cup of tea. The toaster was a welcome addition as tea and toast is a travel favourite for me. The location is splendid as it not only has the convenience of a Co-op store across the way to replenish supplies, but is central to so much of the natural beauty and cultural interests in this region which is known to value and celebrate both aspects of interest. Not the right stay for those seeking luxury, but for someone wanting comfort, convenience, kindness (Judy filled in while the owners were called away and was just as lovely as I've heard of the owners, too), and a feeling of coming home" to their room between jaunts about the area

A real gem of a place. Comfy well appointed rooms with easy access and in a good location. Beds are comfortable, rooms are clean and up to date. I recommend stay here if you can. There are only 4 units. Well priced accommodation.
