Lovely place, got a suit here for a wedding and everyone was so helpful and kind and it was honestly a great experience and great service!! Highly recommend for getting things done like that here or just browse around and you'll find something you like to buy, some high quality clothing and goods here!!

COVID has made it extremely difficult todo anything. This including dressing our wedding party separately and not your traditional trying things on and seeing what works for everyone. Pat was fantastic to deal with! She knew I was picky and did everything to ensure it was right. We initially arranged appointments pre COVID and weren't canceling anything. Pat made it work and was completely accommodating. Thank you for helping our guys out!

We went in to the Windsor store and our sales rep, Marika, helped us choose the perfect tuxedos for our wedding! She patiently answered all of our questions and made us feel confident that everything will run smoothly. We are looking forward to continuing our experience with Collins as we prepare for our wedding!

Refused to exchange Saxx underwear even though they were never worn. At time of purchase, my wife was assured that if they were the wrong size then they could be exchanged as they were a Christmas present.Will not spend money here again. Sounds like they will say anything to get a sale.

Great experience shopping at Collins Formal Wear. Staff was fast and courteous but I didn't feel rushed even during a busy time of year. Suit was great! I will be checking them out for my suit needs in the future :)

I rented my nephew a suit for his grade 8 graduation. The whole process was new to both of us but Pat was professional and courteous, she definitely knows her stuff! She let him pick what he wanted while also making suggestions when we weren't too sure what would look best.The suit fit perfectly and looked AMAZING. She also had another young female helper that was very helpful with my nephew.Thank you for a great experience.

Collins Formal Wear was absolutely fabulous to deal with. We started at the Windsor location to setup our information. The staff were so friendly and excited for us, and made dealing with them so much fun. When they offered the service of doing invitations as well, we were so pleased that we could handle everything with them. The invitations were beautiful, and were done so quickly and efficiently, we had no hassles or worries at all. For the rest of our dealing, we went to the Chatham location, as that was more convenient for my groomsmen and company, and the transition was seamless. Jim was so friendly and efficient, and made our experience so much fun. And of course we looked fabulous. All the staff at Collins went the extra mile to make sure we were satisfied. It is obvious that they truly care about their clients, and it certainly helped to make our Wedding day the most fabulous day ever! From tuxes, to invitations, and even gift wrapped presents for my groomsmen, there is no place else I would ever consider dealing with than Collins Formal Wear.
