We were very pleased with our whole experience and how easy they made the sale of our home.

When you first meet Erin you realize she is someone special. She doesn't come across as your typical agent, more of a helpful friend who is showing a genuine interest in helping you find a home that will suit your needs. We spent the better part of 2 years looking for a house with very particular (often diametrically opposed) needs. She consistently kept her upbeat and rational head on her shoulders till she found us our dream home.When it came down to the buying transaction is where she really shined. We had placed multiple offers on houses and she was always very realistic about our chances and there was never a “push” to go higher than what we had said. I consider myself a good sales person but I found myself in awe many times as she was able to read the market and kept a level head always looking out for our best interest. Once we found our dream home, she orchestrated a quick sale on our place with an offer well above our dreams for which we are so very thankful.We have always found that one of the greatest measures of a business owner is their ability to attract talent to their business. Erin has attracted and built a superb team that delivers such consistent service you feel like you're dealing with the owner all the time. Shannon, Amy and Alex are extremely bright and talented. They each bring their own flavour to the team which turns one of the most stressful times in your life into something that is manageable. Shannon and Amy spent countless hours with us looking at homes and, just like dealing with Erin, it was more a helpful friend guiding us through the process, giving us great and thoughtful advice.We feel Erin and her team are unique in the real estate agent market. They are great advocates for their clients and leverage their talents to get you the best possible outcome.

The whole Erin Phillips Team is absolutely amazing. Sydney Mowry especially goes above and beyond for her clients, she made our buying our house such a smooth and easy process. Sydney and the team genuinely care about and love their jobs and it shows through their excellent work ethic. If you are buying or selling a home, you couldn’t ask for a better group of people to work with. I wish I could leave more than 5 stars!

Erin came in charming and prepared and won our business. However during the course of the sale and long closing of our home we were beyond disappointed. She lied to us about the financial position of the buyers, she discouraged us from asking for a larger deposit because “the people are so rich, they don’t even need a mortgage”. As it turns out they did infact need a mortgage, which also delayed closing at the last minute (which caused huge stress & money) and when we a tried to discuss this with Erin she told myself & my spouse she never said that about the buyer… so we are the liars. When we didn’t accept her re-writing of history, during problems with closing (only caused by her misrepresentation of the buyers), she said we were harassing her (again when we didn’t accept her calling us liars) we were passed on to her boss, who was much more professional & grown up to deal with.Unfortunately “no stars” was not an option for this review . Erin was an absolute nightmare condescending hockey wife to deal with, who arrogantly walked away when we need an agent most. I wouldn’t recommend her to my worst enemy, which ironically would be her after this experience

The entire team and Bianca (our agent) were absolutely amazing from start to finish. This was our first time purchasing/selling a property. We could not have asked for better guidance and support. This all started with a random Thursday evening open house and just like that we were into our forever home.Thank you to everyone involved we would recommend you to anyone looking to buy/selling a home.
