They wouldn't answer the phone and it just goes to a weird alarm sound, no voicemail. Now I have to drive all the way across town just to figure out if they have the part I need and that's not counting the 40 mins I just wasted trying to get in touch. Other than that the place has been a good deal in the past

Friendly staff. I didn't get my trimmer serviced, so I can't comment on their service. The signage really needs work though. When I first got there, I wasn't sure if it was the right place. It looked more like a DeWalt store.

The most terrible company. They took the tool for repair, they could not do it and did not return my tool. Simply stolen. Don't contact them.

The service was fantastic. The gentleman helping me was very knowledgeable and went well beyond Call of Duty to solve my problems.I will never go anywhere else to buy tools or have them repaired and I am happy to sing their praises
