XPC

Paul from XPC is a clear communicator. He told me how long it would take to get the parts I wanted, gave me an accurate timeline and once the parts came in, he contacted me with drop off and timeline options. I dropped the laptop off on a Saturday and it was ready by Monday. He replaced my battery, my subwoofer and cleaned the internal components which had my cats fur all over it lol! Paul went above and beyond to make sure it was back to full computer health. He also sent clear instructions on how to take care of my new battery. Paul’s communication was crystal clear every single step of the way. I will be going to him for repairs and tune ups from now on. I highly recommend Paul and XPC.

I saw another review of XPC from a year ago which described exactly the same problem I was experiencing, an old laptop that took an eternity to start up and ran very slowly once it got going. So I had Paul do the same thing, replace the hard drive with a new SSD, transfer the files and had him replace the bottom part of the case which had worn out from normal use. On top of this he cleaned the fan and vent, threw in a new screen, updated Windows and graphics drivers, cleaned out some obsolete software, and scanned for malicious software. Wow, it runs like a race horse now! I’m shocked how fast it is and all for a very modest investment. If you’re having computer problems, Paul is your guy.

My computer froze and I was in big trouble as I had my financial books on the machine, so I took it to Paul at XPC. It was a dell inspiron about 7 years old. XPC took it apart, fixed it, installed a new hard drive and my computer now works like a charm. Better than ever. The guy really knows his stuff. And he was fast. In and out in two days. I will definitely use this guy again.

Paul was a pleasure to work with . He transferred data from an old computer to a new one including updating and setting up the new one. He was quick and efficient at a good price. When I got it home I had problems getting my old monitors and other equipment to work with Windows 11 and he made a house call and took care of my issues. Highly recommended

Leo here I had a great experience he fixed my sons MacBook. It was barely turning on barely had any memory dirty inside. He cleaned out the fans cleaned everything out and he took good care of us. Great customer service highly recommend Paul make sure you say hi to the cat

I took my laptop to xpc for service and found it needed a part that would take a month to come in. I asked Paul to source a new laptop for me and he located one that had features I wanted. He ordered it and set it up for me in a short amount of time. Excellent service.
