Had 2 of my jackets dry cleaned here. Customer service is wonderful!!! I give that 10 stars. Cleaning quality of jackets is very good too. Will definitely use their services again.

Amazing service! I brought in a white tie evening dress suit ahead of my wedding to be dry cleaned. The quality of the cleaning was impeccable. Joe told me when the suit would be ready for pick-up and at exactly that time he called and said the suit was ready. This was super appreciated. Joe treats you like family. Excellent, warm, and superb service. Thank you Joe!

It is rare to find such excellent customer service. I needed suit jackets dry cleaned on an urgent basis and Pelosos was able to accommodate me. They are exceptionally friendly and the jackets came out perfect.

When I lived in around the corner, this was my go to. Now moving just outside of Ottawa, will still only come to Peloso’s to drop off my clothes for cleaning or alterations.They are friendly, service has always been amazing- my clothes always come back pristine and done with so much care.Highly recommend!

Best in the city hands down. If you’re looking for high quality dry cleaning for your suits, this is the place. The owner is extremely friendly and he knows what he’s doing. There are levels to dry cleaning and this is the high end. Great service that is worth every penny. I highly recommend!

I really wanted to have a good experience here, and I chose this business because of all the amazing reviews. Unfortunately, I did not have a great experience.I dropped off a long formal dress on a Monday morning and said I needed it by Saturday. The dress had wine stains on it (which I know can be tricky) and the owner and I looked at the dress together, and he told me it would be ready by Friday at the latest, and that I should expect a call on Thursday or Friday morning. I did not receive a phone call. I called the business on Friday 3 times but no one answered. I went into the shop on Saturday morning at 10:00a.m. The man working could not find my item, and we looked for over an hour. I ended up searching racks and buckets myself until finally the owner called the employee working and said the dress was not ready and I should come back Monday because he couldn't get the stains out. The event was that evening (Saturday night) and I was told that it would be ready.I would have appreciated a call on Wednesday or Thursday to let me know that the stains were not coming out, so I could have thought of a back up plan. Unfortunately, I left the store Saturday morning at 11:20 a.m. with a dirty dress. I was there for almost an hour and a half and the service wasn't completed. The man working that day tried his best to help me and I appreciated his efforts. The promise of this item being ready by a certain date was not delivered. If you need something done in a timely fashion, I'd go somewhere else. I truly wish I had a better experience here, and I wanted to rate it higher. Sadly I can't, but I do give appreciation to the staff member who did his best to help me that day.

There are more convenient locations for me to take my dry cleaning but I make the drive to Poloso. Their customer service and warmth is unmatched. I’ve always been very happy with their service and love that they are a family business.

Peloso Cleaners ripped me off, told me dry cleaning was $11 per item over the phone, but charged me $25 per item in person. They also lost the metal adjustment tabs on two of my wool dress pants and damaged them with holes, both worth hundreds of dollars.

I had my wedding dress and veil cleaned and placed in a box. The customer service was very friendly and honest and I am very happy with the quality of cleaning and boxing that they provided. I would recommend this cleaners and will be returning to have other items cleaned in the future.
