Came to watch come from away and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. A little confusing on most direct exit and ended up in rear and needed to exit via vehicle ramp. Better signage would have helped.

any issue with your tickets are on you. didn't get the tickets? too bad they don't supply tickets and don't provide a avenue in order obtain your tickets if they are missing in the either. 200$ out of pocket glad to have helped pay there rent

I stopped in yesterday to fry some tickets printed for an upcoming show. The staff was helpful and fast. I was in and out in 3 minutes!

Box office service is terrible. I am willing to wait on line to speek to someone. Instead they cut us off. Are they really on line. Not sureAlso why can't we be able to change our seats ourselves in renewal mode

Great performances, great sound, great aesthetic, a great experience overall! Update, have visited the NAC for 3 different shows now and I have greatly enjoyed each one of them. The venue has always been clean and beautiful.

Was misinformed by box office staff about what time a show started. When I arrived late because of the incorrect information they refused to let me rebook to a later show stating they were not legally required too.Given that tickets to the NAC cost considerably more than seeing the same artists live at other venues one should be entitled to far more than the bare minimum legally mandated.If they don't provide that why would anyone in their right mind pay NAC prices?
