I would surely recommend them, provided you found the car in the condition you are looking for at the amount you are ready to pay: you need to keep in mind that buying a used car is always a balancing act - most of the time, you are getting what you have paid for.

I live in the Burlington area and when I happened to come across Unique Cars tucked away in an unassuming corner on Harvester road I was intrigued by their sticker prices.Upon doing my research and figuring out how these vehicles were making their way to Unique Cars as well as running a deeper dives on some of the vehicle VINS I was impressed by the quality of the vehicles vs the price they are being sold for.I spoke with Zack and was impressed by the professionalism and transparency that he used while we discussed some options.I ended up purchasing a 2009 Honda Pilot from Unique Cars and I could not be happier with the price I paid for the value I received.About a week after purchasing the car I got a phone call from Zach as a check in on how I was doing and he informed me that he had actually located a set of headphones that link to the rear entertainment system as well as him locating a second key for the vehicle, and that I could pick them up at my convenience.Unique Cars is a rare gem in the used auto industry and coupled with the Carsup auto shop that is also on the lot I not only feel comfortable with the purchase of a used car but I feel like I have a trust worthy location to get the vehicle serviced if need be.If you looking at reviews and that little something extra to get you over the edge to choose a dealership you can trust I hope this helps and if you find yourself in the market for a used car make sure you at least drive by and take a look at the vehicles because it is worth the trip.Todd Renaud

My wife and I recently bought a used vehicle from Unique Cars Ltd. in Burlington. We had an excellent experience. Everyone there is very helpful. We feel like we got a great deal on a great car and got to deal with honest people.

Not to be trusted. We made the mistake of trusting them. Took two weeks to get the car (they promised a few days after the weekend). We had to make them write out the things they promised to fix on the car and then we left the $500 deposit required (which they promised they would return to us if the promised repairs were not done.) They kept saying we needed to register the car with MTO but thankfully I didn’t because after a two week wait, we came to look at it and the air conditioning was not fixed. It was 32 degrees today and they didn’t think to have this done when they told us to come pick it up. Did I mention this car was for an 88 year old? They finally did give us our money back (but only because our salesperson Raza was a decent and kind man, unlike the owner who told us that we could not get our money back because… wait for it… we had already registered the car with the MTO, which I’m so glad we hadn’t!) then they wanted our copy of the paperwork back. Why this was so important to them when it was our copy and they had the originals I don’t know. Bottom line, if you do buy from Unique Auto, do so with extreme caution.
