This place is worth searching out if you are in the area and in need of anything at all. Great people, reasonably priced and they go out of their way to take care of you like you are family. Would highly recommend!

The owners and staff are excellent. They are very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful by listening to what you have to say. They've always looked after us,and do their best to fit us in whenever possible. They don't try to upsell us, and are prompt about getting parts asap. We are pleased with their service and would recommend them.

Received a new tires quote from AdrianTire and in my opinion it was too expensive for me, therefore I bought mine elsewhere. I then went back to AdrianTire to schedule a tire change and advised them I have my own tires to change and the receptionist and mechanic advised to bring the car in the next day and leave for the day as there were no appointments, first in line, first served. I was told that it will be done till the evening.I called in the evening, instantly I was told that “YOU DID NOT BUY TIRES, I DON’T HAVE TIME” – couple times. I didn’t understand what they are talking about as my new tires were in the car.Then I was told “I HAVE OTHER COSTUMERS MORE IMPORTANT WHO ARE BUYING TIRES FROM ME THIS YEAR, LAST YEAR, AND YEARS BEFORE”. “MY COSTUMERS WHO BUY TIRES FROM ME ARE MORE IMPORTANT, SO YOU WILL BE TAKEN CARE AT THE END OF THE HUSTLE – COME BACK AT THE END OF DECEMBER”.Also, I was told that they checked with other tire change services around and everyone does the same. I didn’t have what to reply so I just went to take my car and still said Thank you.Next day, I contacted 2 nearest tire services and informed them that I have my own tires, I was able to make appointments to both services immediately. A day later I changed my tires and I was thanked for choosing their service.Please make your own conclusion and avoid this GREEDY service, I felt that I was treated with DISRESPECT. There was a true lack of customer service and expect no apologies.

Over priced, I took in 4 15 tires on steel wheels just to be balanced. When I picked them up the next day the bill was $92.78 with sales tax. I questioned the lady on this and was told that's the going rate so I paid. I later checked with the other shop in town and was quoted $40 plus tax. I won't go back to Adrian."

My wife and I(seniors from BC) were about to begin a 2200 Kilometre trip from Bird Lake back to our home, when the rear driver side brake started making noise. The brakes were newly done before we left BC, so I thought the grinding, scraping noise was from gravel between the pad and rotor. I called for an appointment, asked for an early one as we had obligations in the p.m. in Winnipeg. They did this by rearranging their entire day! When we got to the shop, we were informed that we needed a complete replacement of rotor, calliper, and pads, as the calliper had failed and there were no pads, just metal on metal. As we had to wait for parts, they again rearranged their day, and had us on the road in plenty of time to get to Winnipeg for our appointment. All this while dealing with arranging for their son to be air lifted that day from the U.S., after he had been in a near fatal car accident!We can’t say enough about the entire crew at this shop. We have never been treated better by nicer people. Highly recommend this shop for anyone looking for top of the line service.

Went to Adrian’s, they were more then happy to help.Repaired my tired then 15 minutes later i’m stranded again.So I called & told them what had happened.His response was “ I don’t know what to tell you”Thanks a lotVery disappointed
