Excellent as always.Clean store, washrooms and display cases.Coffee was fresh, Tim Bits were fresh, nothing else matters.

I just called this store to complain that my coffee that was order via skip the dishes didnt have the lid on it. The manager who answered the phone and admitted to making the coffee blamed the skip driver. She claims his driving made a lid not be on the cup correct, no sorry out of her. This mistake 100% wasnt the skip driver ,and the fact this manager told me to take my business else where because she wants to blame others for her careless mistake and couldnt simply just say sorry she will check the lids next time is sad. She also forgort part of my order, great manager you have.

This location has always been my least favorite. I actually worked here years ago and the management AND the owner at the time was awful.I was laid off with no notice and reason why. I continuously had to keep coming in to see if I was scheduled just to not be.From a customer perspective I came in this location around a month ago of the time of this review and couldn't even get a bagel as the toaster was down". My lemonade drink was 75% ice."

Just poor survice. I must be horrible to look at and talk to. Wasn't given a total for my order, asked again when I got to the window and without looking at me they just shoved a debit machine on a stick in my general direction. Had they even looked at me they would see they were pointing into my back seat with it.You.are.in.customer.service.Treat.others.as.you.wish.to.be.treated.

We come to this location because it’s right by our place. And every time we go, I am reminded why I should go to another location. I’ve worked in the food service industry for over 15 years. The people who work here are SO miserable. I ALWAYS ask how they’re doing and they always answer ‘good.’ I thank them at the box and thank them when I receive my order. I ALWAYS get the door slammed on my face. AND my order is never right. Too bad, I was very excited for this new renovation. I thought maybe the workers would be excited for the change. Nope. They’re just miserable. Avoid this location!!

Went for a coffee and breakfast only to be argued with by the Manger she was very rude and was acting like she hated her job if you hate your job so much quit.This was on Feb 5th at around 10/10:30am

I have stopped at this location a couple mornings a week for a couple years now. The staff that is working from 5-7 in the morning has always treated me well and never given me a reason to complain... Just about everything else with this store has fallen short of decent.Outside of the hours that I mentioned above, I have had an incredibly bad experience. I have waited 15 minutes in the drive through for a coffee and tea... nothing else. I have received many biscuit's in place of the English muffins that I have ordered. They have missed a bagel on multiple occasions, and a chocolate croissant... I have tried to call this location a few times with questions about the menu and have never actually had the other end pick up the phone.Every time I have come into the store to have an error corrected, I have always approached the staff in a civil manner. The staff addressed the mistake's with great customer service. It is just the attention to detail that lacks. There also never seems to be a manager on site.The staff is Kind and Personable with a lot of potential. Just lacking a bit of attention to detail.

Worst Tim’s in Guelph. Never once had an order I’ve placed here fully completed or made correctly. Will drive out of my way in the future worth the extra cents in gas to avoid.

Consistently friendly drive-thru staff. Despite often being busy, the line moves quickly due to the efficiency of the staff. Always friendly and go out of their way to joke or chat. Occasionally an order gets messed up but that’s pretty uncommon in my experience.
