lack of employees, takes forever to get service, had to ask 5 different employees before getting a pair to try on. was there for an hour and a half to get one pair of shoes.

I went there to buy shoes.. bunch of kids.. nobody to serve you and nobody in charge. All their friends were there just talking with the employees. We were many adults there trying to get service and we were bothering them more than anything. Even a lady next to me asked to try something and I overheard the girl say to another employee.. I have other stuff to do .. Wow incredible!

The refund policy without box is not a good option when u apply for a customer. I cannot get refunded for my shoe ,I just bought a week ago as I thorw the box. It's not ethical practise there should be still customer get refunded not 100% but 80% when they lost the shoe box or throw accidentally.

Bought Nike Air Max shoes for 250$, 10 days after purchase the sole as started to un-glue. Contacted Foot Locker, they can’t do anything since I worn them….Told to deal with Nike. Worst customer service ever. Save yourself some trouble and AVOID foot locker.
