The team was just amazing and took care of our dog from the moment we called. In the clinic they help us understand the path forward to the full recovery after the initial exam and testing. Our dog was in deep shock and because of their outstanding care, everything was completely different in the next few days. We’ll be always grateful for their help! Thank you so much!

Can't say enough good things about Heritage Valley Animal Hospital! We brought our sick kitty in and they took him in immediately. We were updated regularly and able to take him home the same night. He was already 10x better the next day. Dr.Samra and her team were extremely kind and compassionate. Dr.Samra explained things very thoroughly & made sure we knew what was going on every step of the way.Thank you Dr.Samra & team for your compassionate care & for bringing my boy back to health.

I called this clinic on June 24 close to closing on a Saturday with a sick dog, and they said come in right away - I wasn't even a regular client of theirs. I didn't even know how emergent it was but thank god they took him in. They stayed late til around 7pm caring for him. Dr. Samra ran a host of tests including testing his cortisol levels. After 4-5 days of him being in and out of the clinic and Dr. Samra rightfully recommending a transfer to guardian, we finally found out he does indeed have Addison's disease. She had kickstarted all of his testing for it from that first apt. It was her quick thinking that enabled us to get to the bottom of his illness quickly and ultimately is what saved his life. If you're not familiar with Addison's disease, unfortunately it is often missed because it mimics so many other diseases. Well, not this vet.Thank you Dr. Samra, Garry, Maria and team for taking such good care of Jasper this last few weeks and making it so that we get to enjoy having him around for much longer.Not only are they great at what they do, but they're wonderful people who care and make you feel welcome in their clinic.I have no doubt in my mind this is one of, if not the best Veterinary clinic in the city.

We brought our cat here when he was sick and we needed a last minute appointment. They got us in right away. When we arrived the receptionist was so friendly and Dr Samra was amazing. Since then we’ve gone a few more times over the course of our cat’s treatment and we are impressed every time by the kindness and level of care we and our cat receives. Highly recommend!

This is by far the best vet care I’ve experienced. They got my cat in within an hour of calling to check on his eye which ended up being an ulcer and could have been disastrous had I had to wait to have him seen. Dr. Samra was incredibly kind and gentle with Archibald and took time to explain what was happening and what his treatment would be. You can really tell she loves animals and wants to provide the best care. Also a huge shout out to Meaghan for being the best vet tech I’ve ever encountered. She was amazing with Archibald and myself and I will definitely be bringing both my cats back here for their regular care.

The friendly staff at Heritage Valley Animal Hospital make you and your pet feel welcome! They are caring, professional, and knowledgeable. They provide many options for scheduling, making it easy to book. Dr. Samra has called us personally to see how ongoing treatment is going for our dog. It is clear that all of the staff enjoy working with animals, and their gentle manner is reassuring. Highly recommend!

Both DR. Purnoor and Megan, are absolutely incredible we have had pets our entire life and have never experienced the compassion and professionalism that they provide, our dog Diesel is anxious to say the least when going to the vet, both Megan and DR. Purnoor provide the absolute best experience any owner could ever hope for when dealing with a anxious dog, they made a nice little bed for him they cancelled all morning appointments so that they could both focus on keeping him calm and happy during his neuter, they also went as far as to cancel all other appointments for that morning knowing Diesel is nervous around other dogs. Heritage valley animal hospital is the absolute best vet we have been to we will not be going anywhere else but here. I would recommend anyone looking for a vet to come here. Thank you again for providing such an amazing experience for both Diesel and I.

Absolutely blown away with the level of care I’ve received for my dog Archie. Navigating surgery is scary, even as a vet assistant student myself. The team has answered all my questions, did a next day checkup to ease my mind, and have been checking in via email. Always answering quickly and professionally. Bonus points that all of the staff is genuinely hilarious and completely ease my anxiety when I walk in the door. Their pricing is also excellent, and cheaper than other places in the area. As a student it’s hard to balance high care and cost, but this place is the best of both worlds. It’s bright inside and feels genuinely like a space of healing instead of a scary vet office. Dr. Samra And the whole team rock!

I had an emergency with my highly anxious Basset hound who doesn’t do well at the vet, and they handled it so well and were able to help me and my pup with both our anxieties. The team kept reassuring me that he will be okay and gave me great instructions for care at home afterwards. The office itself is beautiful and well taken care of.

Dr Samra is so knowledgeable and considerate. The whole team is great and have been talking amazing care of my dog since we came to the hospital.
