We just got a home inspection done by Mike and we’re very impressed with how well done it was. He was very knowledgeable and could answer any questions we had. Mike was more than willing to give tips and ideas about finishing parts in the basement as well as the few items we have to fix. I will definitely be recommending New Age Inspections to anyone that wants to get a home inspection done.

My experience with New Age Home Inspections was top notch, Mike was very professional and thorough with the entire house. He provided me with a detailed explanation of the entire house in person, plus an entire digital booklet of the house with a room by room break down. The booklet showed key points of any current problems, potential nuisances in the future and of course the positives about the house as well. With Mike and New Age Inspections he helped me buy my first house and I would use his services again, as well as recommend him if you are looking for an inspector.

We had Mike inspect a home we are buying and he did a fantastic job. He was extremely thorough and even used thermal imaging to ensure nothing electrical was over heating. He also checked moisture levels in the house to ensure everything was normal. He was very good at explaining anything that was of concern, and was great at answering any questions my wife and I had. 10/10 would recommend!

I have had two separate inspections now from Mike with New Age Inspections. One on a distressed home in rough shape, and one on a much newer home in good shape. In both instances Mike facilitated an extremely thorough walk through, and produced a first class report. Highly recommend giving Mike a call or passing his name along.

Mike was a pleasure to work with throughout the entire inspection process. It’s clear to see that he been through a lot of homes and is incredibly knowledgeable. Mike was thorough and took the time to highlight all elements of the inspection with us and our new home. We really felt taken care of and knew nothing was rushed or overlooked. I am so happy a family member recommended Mike because he truly went above and beyond our expectations. Mike pays attention to all the small details and makes lots of recommendations on things that should be fixed, all the way down to things you can fix down the road, to tips on how to make your home more energy efficient. The thermal imaging was an awesome perk, helps you see some of the things the naked eye can’t see. The home sellers were so impressed afterwards they wanted to use him as well. Mike was referred to us by our realtor. Having had previous experience with home inspections, we were really impressed with the thoroughness of Mike’s inspection. We liked how Mike has adopted the latest technology in performing his inspections from complete coverage using thermo imaging to the use of a drone to ensure complete coverage of the roof.
