I had the BEST hair cut, colour and high lights ever ! I will continue going there, the most friendly lot of ladies in this salon. I love it !

Went in to see Anissa today to get my 7 yr olds haircut. I explained to her earlier that he was afraid of getting his haircut (due to a bad experience) and asked if we could start slowly (baby steps) to get him comfortable again. He was visibly afraid when we got there and Anissa's approach was to SHAME, EMBARRASS and HUMILIATE him!!! He wants to grow his hair long which I have no problem with (it just needs to be shaped and cleaned up) and Anissa said to him do you want to look like a girl"? "Maybe we should put a dress on you?". I was so shocked that someone would be so insensitive to a child. Thanks Anissa for making my son's hate of hairdressers worse!!!"

I went to see Chantale at Full throttle on Saturday and she was amazining! I wanted a specific color and she did a great job matching it. I also l9ve the way she cuts my hair. I have ling hair and its been yrs since I've been happy with the cut and color. I cannot recommend Chantale enough!

Had a hair cut a couple months ago..great experience with great results.Made an appointment for another haircut at nine a.m. on Wednesday. Waited till ten after nine and no one showed up. I had an errand to run and thought I’d come back. To my amazement at almost nine thirty the doors were still locked..by the looks of things, I could see someone inside eating their breakfast. I had to walk away.Kinda disappointed.
