Always an awesome shopping experience. Staff and super friendly and always helpful. The store is clean, organized and well stocked.On my most recent visit I was searching for a new toilet. A staff member came to my rescue right away. We talked about options and decided on one in no time. He told me to go to the cash to pay for it and meet him outside. He'd have it ready and waiting for me. Sure enough, he was waiting when I got outside.Always a great experience!

I'll be upfront, I have a soft spot for home hardware or rather did until I moved to Stratford. I find the lumber desk staff there rude? I guess. I joke it is the only store that seems to want to go out of business. So I generally don't go to HH anymore. But needed a very specific thing and was near st.Jacob's. Big bright store, helpfull staff who saw me wandering and approached me to ask. It restored my faith in HH. Also a new one opened in west Stratford and they like their customers.

This location is brutal! The staff are incredibly rude and have no problem telling you that you have no idea how their store processes work and therefore don't get to tell them you're being inconvenienced. They spent half an hour looking for my order and then were rude and indignant when I requested my money back so that I could come back at a time that I had more time on my hands. I've told myself dozens of times that I will never return, but I think today was the final straw. If you have all day to wait and enjoy being treated poorly, this is the place for you.

Excellent place for grabbing home supplies. The staff is friendly and helpful. They honestly go above and beyond the call of duty to make sure you pick the right product for the intended use. The expertise of the staff is unmatched compared to any other big box stores. Home Hardware has a unique place in my heart as it consistently manages to distinguish itself when it comes to service. They truly keep the customer first in every sense.
