Great place Oksana is very helpful and friendly, lots of green areas for kids to play and a very reasonably priced

Had Richard design and build our custom boat canvas top for our Donzi. He took the time to ensure the design fit the boat properly. The fit & finish are great. We are very happy with his work

After 3 years of neglect and avoiding all responsibility for damage to our boat, we've left. The owners refuse to engage in meaningful discussion around the absolutely shoddy work by their prior mechanic. He is no longer there and the new mechanic appears to be professional. The marina owners however, don't run a good marina.

Don't simply walk away from this marina. Run away. As fast as you can. Nasty place. Enough said. P.S.If you Oksana respond with the usual you are not a client in my database" lie

I just came across this place, at fist didn’t have an idea what is this place mainly for, but saw so many families having fun and doing bbq, so I guess I can try for bbq and fishing in close future.Lots of parking available and you you drive by the water.

A frend told me to go fishing here. When I come the place is so nice. My wife and daughter like it. Lady on golf car came and say hello with dog. The price for phishing so good. Then I have problem my car no start. I think what to do. I meet nice guy fixing boat he came and look and got magic box and make car go. Nice man I tried to pay man and he said no. Phishing was nice. Nice place to dock your boat. Docks are in good shape. Washrooms are clean. Gas pump and pump outs right on site. Everything you need! A short ride through the canal puts you right into Cook's Bay. O.J (owner) is very friendly and tends to any concerns. Prices are affordable.

Three years ago my family and I purchased our first boat and were privileged to stumbled across Alberts Marina. To our surprise we found this hidden gem! We have been absolutely delighted with everything here from the beautiful location minutes from town, the river running into Lake Simcoe is wonderful, the peaceful atmosphere at the Marina, the spotless washrooms, beautiful pool and not to mention the Owners have been excellent in helping us in any way the can to make our stay here year after year an absolutely wonderful experience. We love it here and look forward to coming back for years to come.

You get what you pay for. Still the cheapest marina you can find but there’s a reason for that. Also the only marina in Simcoe that has many available slips, and again, there’s a reason for that. Despite the price hike to supposedly pay for amenities like bathrooms, they have closed the bathrooms from Monday to Friday and only open them on weekends. For those that have a head on their boats, you can maybe get by but for those with smaller boats, you’d have to find someplace else to relieve your bladder. The docks are in a state of disrepair. Some customers there are nice but you have some rowdy ones that drink alcohol all day and night, disrespect the “no wake” rule, blast their music and party.The location isn’t the best of if your destination is Lake Simcoe. The river is nice when it’s windy out as it’s protected but it is a long way up to the lake. It’s a 10km zone but no one follows it. The back and forth through the river every time out added to the fuel cost and wear and tear on the boat. If you’re looking for a cheap place to wet slip or get a covered slip, this is the place so long as you can overlook all the issues it has. We tried, stayed here for 1.5 years and just have had enough of the bs so we packed up and left for a nicer marina in Innisfil.

I have been a member of the marina for 4 years and I have never had a problem with the marina or anyone at the marina. Staff are great with any questions or concerns and friendly, and the fellow boaters are just as helpful and friendly. The Marina is great place with lots to do for family especially considering I have a small child . This year I sold my boat that was a bowrider and bought a cruiser boat from the marina which was an amazing experience. Richard really walked me through everything and OJ was great to deal with. Love this place!
