Service here is bad, the van smelled as if cats were living inside it. Upon drop off, the person was trying to add on fees. Very unpleasant experience

They changed my pick up location the day before pick up without warning. Cost me much more to get to the new location and added additional kilometers to the total. Incredibly frustrating.

Friendly, easy to find, good hire rates and clean vehicles.

The worst service I’ve ever experienced. I brought back a fedex package and they claimed they didn’t accept them even though it says fedex on the sign out front.The employee behind the counter was on the phone the entire time and dismissed me when I asked for help. This place is filthy and almost completely unkept. And to top it all off, there were mince scurrying across the floor... need I say more? (I’m not kidding about the mince part)

Be ready to book and confirm your reservation with a customer service representative for 5:30 am and then be told you can only receive your keys at 10 am because there are no after hours pick up although you confirm THERE is. Customer service and functionality is the absolute worst!Thanks Uhaul for ruining my moving day.

This is the second time in a row, this week, that uhaul has messed up my reservation. The moving van we reserved was blocked by a truck, and the number the uhaul website gave us to call was out of service. Uhaul, get it together. Im definitely not going to, ever, use uhaul, again.

Got the job done. Flexible and helpful staff. Good prices. Not the most comfortable shop, but didn't hang around much.

Not sure about some of the reviews I have read here. I went in for a cargo van and had a pleasant experience. It’s a family run outfit that treated me well and I will return again soon.

Not sure what people are expecting from a uhual convince store type of thing. This isn't the Ritz Carlton. Went in got a uhual and a key copied no problems. Great service.

This place is a disaster. It's absolutely filthy with junk piled everywhere. They even had wine bottles out on the desk. U-Haul double booked the van I had reserved, and the man at the front desk said the same thing happened the day before to another customer. I understand this is headquarters' fault, though a good businessman would look at his schedule for the day, and note the errors first thing and be proactive about solving it. I had a short window to move, and the guy just laughed off the error and was asking me for advice on how he should solve the issue. He ended up calling headquarters and just handed me the phone instead of dealing with the error himself. Not a legitimate business, and just a huge waste of my time. Book somewhere else, and not with U-Haul. (He also said they'd be open late partying, which is just really weird. I assume that's why they had wine out.)
