NB Power’s sub for hot water installations.Wouldn’t install my new hot water heater because they had difficulty reaching the shut off valve. Just left. Also didn’t have a flashlight, so “couldn’t see it.”So what happens when they’re a problem near the shut off valve?!If I got a dollar for every time the plumber said “it’s not my job,” about turning off the mains, I’d be rich.Lazy and incompetent.And before anyone thinks I could have done it, I have a spinal injury and literally cannot. But a plumber can, AND it actually IS his job. Literally!But this is the only contractor for NB Power, and they know it. So you get that kind of attitude.

The plumbers themselves were nice and professional enough, however they changed a filter housing that did not need to be changed and the part cost over $100 with tax. After almost two months of literally chasing them down to PAY our bill and resolve the issue with the unnecessary part, they finally reduced the price of the part to their cost. So it still cost us about $75 to replace a part that wasn't broken with a part that is actually less functional than our original part. And it took at least 5 or 6 phone calls, each one with a promised call back that never came for us to pay our bill. They took no responsibility for the issue, and didn't recognize the amount of time we had to spend dealing with it, so overall, it was an extremely poor customer service experience and we would not use them again.

We had an awful experience with this business. It seemed like they just wanted our money without regard for what was fair or right. Unfortunately, this is what happens when companies get large contracts like NB Power...they don't have to care about customer satisfaction anymore, so they don't. But the way you treat customers will eventually come back to you. When you treat respectful people with disrespect, that's not easily forgotten.

I have been going without hot water for 3 weeks now. The first time they came in the guy didn't even try to repair my tank. Just looked at it and said you need a new tank, and my shut off was ceased shut. So there was nothing he could do.So I had to call nb power again to get them back into my home. Another week went by waiting for them to come into my home. They had the tank, but the shut-off valve was too big because they changed the design on their tanks. So my landlord went to go get the right part. Only gone for not even 10 minutes!!!! Campbells wouldn't wait 10 mintues for my landlord. When they were pulling out of my driveway the landlord was pulling in.Now we are on week 3 with no hot water. Come to find out that they are not even going to try to install my new tank, they are going to try to service it now, and try for another day for installing my new tank.My question is are we aiming a week 4 with no hot water??????

Terrible customer service from the office. They don't care about their customers or return calls. I always start out giving businesses the benefit of the doubt, but they showed who they were clearly and repeatedly. Save yourself the headache.

Played a game of phone tag to try to get my nb power unit fixed or replaced. Was told they could not do it because it was to high off the ground. Then was told that if I had someone that could do it it could be subcontracted out. Found someone to do it but there was miscommunication between the two companies. Then I was told they would find one of their plumbers to do it somehow but everytime I called back it was the same story of oh no

We had one of Campbells Plumbers come out to install a dishwasher and see why our washing machine was backing up. They found a collapsed pipe underground with roots growing in it so technician offered to move washer to a different spot in the basement. The install was very professional and pricing was very fair. We were worried how much it would cost as the price of stuff has gone up a lot, but the pricing they gave were just as much as what it would have cost us in store to buy ourselves. Thanks for getting us all fixed up, I would definitely call these guys again!

Called campbells for multiple plumbing issues in my home they came the same day looked over everything and explained with detail what needed to be done and gave a free quote, the plumber who came was very polite and professional, he returned in a timely manor and fixed the issues as promised and the prices were fair considering the amount of work and material needed.

Appalling. Supposed to replace water heater in January. Didn’t make arrangements with building then. Said they would. Didn’t. No further word. Water heater fails in early April.Monday morning, they’ll call back appt time. They don’t. Call three times, interval of two hours between calls. Nothing.Tuesday: we’ll be there between 9-12. They call around 1130; partner is on a work call, returns call 10 minutes later. No answer. Many more calls. No answer.Called the office at approx 1230. Say they’ll call back; I decline and ask to be put on hold, during which time I’d said I’ll write and share bad reviews. Finally told the plumber will be here within half an hour. Let’s see what happens.
