Belfor was extremely professional and responsive when I had a pipe burst on a Friday night in February.They took SO much stress out of the initial cleanup they are worth their weight in gold!Now if I could only get my insurance company to be half as responsive!?Thank you to Shawn and your team, special thanks to Ted as well for your help, knowledge of the process and expertise.

I don't normally leave reviews but when a company goes above and beyond I feel it's warranted! Shawn and his Belfor staff were amazing to deal with, they helped me and my family through our insurance claim (we've never had a claim before) with smiles and laughter! Which was needed following our flood. I would be happy to recommend Belfor and especially Shawn ( I believe he's the Manager?) to anyone who are in need after a property damage loss.Thanks again to your whole team!Andrew

I normally wait until a job is completely done before writing a review, but the Belfor team has been so professional and have done such a wonderful job renovating my basement that I have to say thank you and commend them for their excellent work.Every person on this team was personable and skilled at their trade. The manager, Shawn, is very busy and, nevertheless, always responsive and helpful.I am so grateful for the service they provided me and happily recommend them.

My company, Barr Electric, has been working with Belfor in Courtenay for many years. Talk about professionalism! Clearly the Belfor team is a well-tuned machine, always on top of the status of projects. Plus, they're also really down-to-earth and friendly people to deal with. If I ever need a restoration specialist, I wouldn't hesitate to call Belfor.
