Don't waste your time on any of their locations they will throw a band on customers for no reason staff there or ignorant disrespectful arrogant and very much discriminate people with zero disregard. The employer's care more about their staff than they do about their customers meaning they are not in it for any of your business they don't care about customers whatsoever. I will never ever ever ever purchase a thing. And suggest two other customers never to purchase a thing from them again as they do not care about customers. I would give them a zero Stars if I could whatever you do do not purchase from them as they do not care about customers.

Have always had a great experience the times that I've been here. Products are great, atmosphere is on point, and the staff is terrific. One staff member that's been exceptionally helpful and made all my trips worthwhile has been Abel A. He really knows his stuff and makes sure I leave each trip satisfied with my purchase. Anyone looking for a top-tier shop has to visit this place!

I cannot express how much I enjoy this dispensary! The staff is highly knowledgeable, and the menu is easy read and understand. Every time I shop here Jon is able to help me easily decide on what I should smoke based on a simple mood description & I never feel like I’m being up-sold, because Jon and the other store staff definitely respect your Budget! Lorcan has been so good to me since I began visiting the store over a year ago. From the friendly welcome to help with product and answering my numerous questions! She is a joy!All the staff have high knowledge of the products and it is wonderful when a member makes a suggestion.I never feel the price is to steep, you get what you pay for. Not to mention the variety of extras that are available.I think the concept of the store is brilliant, I love it.Congratulations and continued success.

I love having a dispensary in the neighbourhood that actually knows their stuff. Jon B is a great sales rep and knows what he’s talking about! The whole staff can give amazing recommendations. Top hits Tuesday is easy on the pocketbook and in this day and age, that’s important! Every time I enter, the store is very clean and tidy. A great selection to choose from and a friendly sales staff makes prairie records my favourite local dispensary.

Amazing service. This was my first time going to this establishment and I am astonished. I will never shop anywhere else in Calgary but this store. All of the employees were very knowledgeable and helpful. I had the pleasure of meeting and dealing with Robyn and Lorcan, they were both very outgoing and very friendly. Definitely the right people to have greet the customers. I would 100% recommend going to them and getting them to help you.
