When I contacted Windsor Essex Service Group Ltd, the staff was very helpful, flexible to accommodate my time schedule with his schedule as I was coming from Toronto to Windsor. When I asked for the size of the bin and not sure whether it will fit my driveway, he willingly visit my property and measured the length of my driveway to confirm whether the bin can be fitted. They are amazing people. Very prompt communication. Delivery of bin was on time. Very flexible when they picked up the bin. I will highly recommend anyone to get their service. You can trust them. I found the service excellent.The drop off and pick up of the bin was done on time and clean and efficient. The information regarding what items could or could not be put in bin without incurring additional costs was helpful and it was nicely presented. The contact person was courteous, friendly and accommodating. And, it was a very fair base price.
