Was having hot water heater issues. Found out we needed a new one. Carson and his crew of guys had it installed the same day. Professional on time service. Even came back right away next day when there was a little leak with the new install. Couldn’t be happier with the work done. Highly recommended.

The boys from Rooted have performed multiple services for us and our family. Air conditioning x2, furnace x2 and they are booked to install a third air conditioner. Carson and his guys In the last 5 months have replaced our furnace, our air conditioning unit and our toilet. Unfortunately we’ve had bad luck, but these guys have made these fixes smooth and quick! They are all so friendly and I appreciate their services!!

These guys are very professional and know exactly what the problem is. We could not get our boiler going that heats our pool. Levi was right there and had the problem fixed in no time. What a team of mustachio'd heros and angels!! As a first time home owner dealing with a sewer backup I was completely lost and overwhelmed until the Rooted crew came - they were SO quick to respond and I can't get over how thorough they were in finding out the issue (roots), explaining what they found, and giving me advice on preventative steps. They stayed past when should have been the end of the day and grabbed extra tools just to make sure it was done to their satisfaction, not just that the line was open again. Guy even came back the next day to check on a floor drain that didn't want to drain nicely during clean up. I can't even explain the sense of relief it was knowing that everything was being taken care of and that they put the same care and thought into my home as if it was there own. Looking forward to working with them on a more fun project in the future and will definitely continue to recommend them!!

After 25+ years our boiler and hot water heating system was overdue for a rebuild.The fellows from Rooted Plumbing and Heating provided us with excellent service. Their workmanship was great... very well thought out, neat and tidy and had the job done in a very timely fashion. Awesome people and an awesome business. Our furnace went out on us. They came on an emergency call and had us fixed up in about a day, and the best price in town. Anything you need call Rooted! I had to call Rooted to check our hot water heater that went out and wouldnt ignite. He was crazy busy but still had the time to stop. It was a simple fix, igniter just needed cleaning.he didnt even charge us. Anything you need call Rooted!! Best place in town

Carson and his team were quick to fix our leaking Hot Water Tank that decided to spring a leak unexpectedly. They were efficient, proffessional, friendly and most importantly got the job done quickly. I recommend them for any small or big job!
