Buddy posted very personal and sensitive information online when she called him out for being a shady business owner. I won’t use his services as I don’t want to be a victim of him and his juvenile behaviour . Hopefully that woman’s sensitive info didn’t get far and no one steals her identity etc etc. Not a professional way of doing business.

Stored for a year, pulled our unit out at the end of the term. Was instructed to return the key card in a mail box and was never refunded the deposit. They said they couldn't find our paperwork (how is this our fault)? Then no replies to any conversation going forward. Con artists.Got tired of the poor maintenance on the yard as well. Gate wouldn't always work, ground was full of potholes.Super unprofessional. Stay away - many bad experiences from others as well. Word of mouth goes a long way.

Never use this storage facility. The owner is rude, yells, and is dishonest to say the least. I would not even give this guy the time of day. He is not worth your time or any rating for that matter... flat out 0 rating for this business.When I stored my trailer under the old management, little did I know that it had sold to the new owner.....I signed a year lease.....gave my credit card and moved out within the year. No credit given for the time not used. I was yelled at and told to leave. When I tried to get my deposit back from the card key, I was told to mail it back.I then proceeded to visit the storage daily until I found this man on site...and I would not leave. This turned into a yelling match and being told to leave once again. I persisted with weekly visits and finally got the cash back from the card key, but it took months of being persistent. Still did not get back a refund for the months not used!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS HEADACHE!!!MANY PEOPLE HAVE LEFT THIS STORAGE FACILITY WITH ALL GOOD REASONS.

Stay away!As per all the other reviews, this place has gone down the dumps. We are still dealing with issues and getting money back. It's brutal!Highly recommend if you don't want money stolen from you.Stay aware of your credit card bills, and good luck getting in touch with the owners should you ask for money back.They have no problems taking it but won't refund it because they can't find your file".We moved out trailer to Crossfield Storage north of Town"

Needed a space on short term rental which was talked about and agreed upon. When I no longer needed the space I called to cancel and was told that it would be done, although I tried to get more details the owner was so quick to end the call and hang up. I noticed the card was charged after cancellation so I had called to resolve the issue. He wouldn’t answer the phone and said he was “too busy and only text” so I tried once again to resolve over text with him saying that I cancelled after payment date which was completely dishonest and inaccurate. Once again, after trying to explain that this was incorrect and that I shouldn’t be charged he proceeded to block my number entirely.Extremely poor business ethics and very unprofessional all over a $156 charge.Lot is poorly kept with weeds growing uncontrollably, it’s in your best interest not to do business with these people.

Highly recommend. We have rented a seacan two winters now from Marc at two different locations and everything has been super easy and we always felt the yards were very secure. Answered calls and messages very quickly.

2022-would no longer recommend. Ownership was bought out, new management raised prices without notifying us. No one was ever on site to be able to talk to. And cancelling was a pain to get a hold of anyone and either unprofessional or left to one poor guy who is managing many lots in Airdrie/Crossfield.2021-update for a total lack of enforcement for units parking properly is making it harder and harder to maneuver.2020-Easy access, secure but 24-hr key card access - however I have a beef that you literally have to get out of your truck to open the gate! The panel is on the passenger side (WHYYYY?!) and it has dirt mounded around it so you can’t get close enough to reach even if you have a passenger. Signage is also poor, their name is in one small spot on the office at the entrance, otherwise it’s all generic. “Do I have the right storage lot? I don’t know.” All That being said though, the staff is friendly and goes out of their way to check every detail for you, and it’s very affordable with price breaks for paying up front. A little muddy when wet (not a surprise) and some lanes are tighter than others but nice wide stalls.

I am awaiting a refund for a charge they put on my credit card for a full year. I havent used the storage lot since April of 22. Tried to cancel then, only to be told to try and rent out my spot. Now, they have charged me for 23/24.

Used boondocks for 3 years. New owners came in 2021 raised the cost, said they would boot my trailer even thought I was up-to-date on my bills. Front gate was always broken, yard was never maintained just a big sloppy mess, then the new owners started posting on social media with people's names and what they owed. ADVOID AT ALL COST. Wish we could give negative star's.
