The staff at Fuller Watson are really great, always helpful and going the extra mile. They do everything they can to make your shopping experience enjoyable and stress free and they are knowledgeable on the products. The delivery drivers are very experienced and know how to navigate furniture and appliances through tight areas without making any damage to your home which is so appreciated. Their repair person is exceptional, so knowledgeable and meticulous in working with your appliances. I highly recommend this company.

I had purchased a washer dryer combo - and for whatever reason the unit didn’t function properly from day 1. I called and spoke to Dave and he came by my house that day to check it out and had a new unit swapped in before the week was over. Couldn’t be happier with the service esp during a time of back orders and wait lists for everything. So happy with the product

I was so excited when I found and ordered a beautiful accent cabinet online. This excitement quickly turned to disappointment when I arrived at the store to pick it up. It was an entirely different colour than the one advertised. The woman that was helping me indicated that she couldnt guarantee that if she ordered another one for me it would be any different than the one that arrived. She also indicated that no Ashley furniture product was perfect and left me with the options of getting a refund or taking the existing one. I then learned that she could give me a full refund only if I would accept it in the form of a cheque that I would have to wait for in the mail. If I wanted it credited back to my visa I would take a 20% loss as Fuller Watsons credit card fees were high and the store wasnt prepared to take the loss. I was also left with the impression that a refund was an option because the cabinet would be easy to sell on the showroom floor. As I contemplated what to do, she suggested I could stain the cabinet myself and pointed out that given amount of detail the cabinet had for the price point, I would be hard pressed to find something like it elsewhere. At no point did I feel like this woman was interested in assisting me in getting the product I originally ordered. In hindsight, I should have been more assertive and pressed for it to be re-ordered. In the end I chose to take the cabinet home. This proved to be a mistake because when I took it out of my vehicle I noticed that the paint had chipped off one corner leaving the particle board exposed. How that happened remains a mystery as I had it wrapped in a blanket in the back of my SUV where it couldn't bang on anything. I attempted to post pictures of the advertised cabinet and the one I received but couldn't figure out how to do so. The cabinet I received was solid white. The one online was distressed. I will not be buying from or recommending this retailer again.

Well decorated store. I would recommend a salesperson remain in near the front door during store hours. Several times when Ientered the store, I walked around for a while before anyone greeted me.

Our experience with Fuller Watson had to have been the best furniture experience I've ever had. From walking in the door, it was a hassle free experience. We felt completely looked after while not being pressured to listen to a sales pitch or buy anything.Their inventory was amazing and had a great variety with the option to customize.The two mid-century sofas we bought are comfortable and luxurious. Unfortunately, one of the sofa's had a manufacturer's defect. Despite having moved away, Dave Fuller went out of his way to rectify the situation. He went above and beyond to solve the problem and we can't thank him enough for his exceptional service.

we ordered an ashley theather chair and couch from here it we ended up saving about $600 for the exact same one over the ashley store in coquitlam on united blvd.

It was our first experience with them we bought a sofa set. They were very friendly and helpful until the moment we bought our furniture. The furniture we bought lost quality within a month and when we went back to complain they were not willing to help us. It was also our very last purchase. We do not recommend them.

Recently bought a number of things - I figured a big box store would be cheaper; not nearly. I will always start with Fuller Watson from now on. Excellent service right from order to delivery/takeaway.

We recently purchased the most amazing bed ever. It's a raising type bed so its great for watching Netflix in bed. On top of that we ordered a solid wood table, bench and chairs. It's that weathered reclaimed look which we love.We love the selection at this local place, the staff were really helpful and we're thrilled.
