Skyrise Rentals

There has been a homeless man living in the parking garage for the past 2-3 months. I see him every single night. I have seen him drinking from a bottle of alcohol, openly smoking, and he has even walked out in front of my car while I was driving through the parking garage. He is mostly seen agitated and yelling a loud to himself. He has even slept in our main lobby at least twice that I know of. Multiple storage lockers were broken into recently as well, yet management still doesn’t do anything to increase security or take any action to resolve the issue. Don’t move here unless you want to deal with this kind of safety issue in the place you call home.

The search for a place to rent is hard and tiring, but then Jazzlyne gave me a call after I asked about a recent vacancy, and it all became so easy. She answered my calls, returned the missed ones within the day, and updated me every step of the way. Her professional and warm attitude will make good news sound amazing and bad news not really that bad. I experienced both (good news came in second) and I am now part of the Skyrise community. Thank you Jazzlyne, and thank you admin Harsh and management for returning my emails and addressing my concerns.

I have moved recently to the building. It is located at one of the best locations in Mississauga. Walmart, Tim Hortons, bus stations and many other shopping facilities are just across the street. It is a clean and smart building with high quality finishing and all services available as in 5-star hotels only lacking the indoor swimming pool. My apartment has wide glass view facing Eglinton Ave and I like its architectural internal design. Management is flexible and cooperative if you approach them professionally. Special thanks to Ms. Jazzlyne Spence as she is professional, smart and at the same time she is a kind respectful person that you would be comfortable working with. She will explain all details, fill required forms, manage effectively the negotiations between you and the top management and keeps continuous contact until completion of the whole rental process. I will give her 5 stars for her distinguished customer service, her dedication at work and for her patience for answering all of my inquires.

The property is new, in a strategic area and very well maintained.The leasing agent Jazzlyne is very professional, transparent and understanding. She is very welcoming and puts the client’s needs first. Renting the condo was an ease with her.The management of the building always keeps the tenants informed of every step, which is super important. After moving in, I faced a couple of issues in the condo and the management solved it in a very quick and professional manner.

I’ve been living at Skyrise for at least 2 years. Overall it’s one of the better apartment buildings. However things can and should improve.Pros:-Your unit is clean once you move in-newer facilities-management is timely with addressing major repairs in your unit.-in a nice convenient location-overall quiet neighbours-overall positive experiences with staffCons:-way too much litter EVERYWHERE. Garage, elevators, staircases, outside on the grass. (The trash cans aren’t even that far away). I’ve seen Dog owners not pick up after their dogs multiple times. Do not step on the grass around this area-rent is at market value but it does not include hydro, water and parking-parking: you will see multiple cars parking all over the place where it specifically says No parking. This leaves driveways absolutely cluttered and you at risk for a fender bender when trying to enter or leave the garage-safety issue - to echo the last review. It has been brought up to management’s attention multiple times that a homeless man has been living in our garage and lobby. Once it is brought up, you are essentially gaslit into believing that he is harmless and they can’t do anything so deal with it. While I understand the sticky situation , that is not the way to address a valid concern. As residents, we have the right to feel safe in our own homes. There are multiple ways to show that they value resident safety. (Ex: additional cameras, contract ON-SITE security for after hours, locks at the front entrance, etc.). An email isn’t enough.Edit: after I posted this review, I saw the homeless sleeping in the small area in front of the intercom (at our back entrance) THE NEXT MORNING. The front entrance had been locked for the last few weeks.I had to walk my dog in the morning so I went through the side entrance when it came time to go back into the building, I was essentially trapped outside as there were no other accessible doors to residents with a keyfob. I was not going to confront the homeless man. As a woman, I felt unsafe in that situation. In the end, I had to ask the neighbouring building’s concierge to let me have access to P1 so that I can enter our building from the garage. Absolutely ridiculous.DO BETTER SKYRISE

Very well maintained building and great location, close to all the amenities. My leasing agent Jazzlyne made the whole process very easy. She is professional and has been very diligent in answering to any queries we had. Very happy with the service :)

I had been here for a year, perfect location with mall just in front of the apartment. The condo has amazing views and all facility, gym, theater, bbq, meeting room. The management had been great, especially Ms. Carmen in front office was really very helpful and prompt to resolve any query or issues and very helpful. She made the experience very pleasant.

We are newcomers to the country and the place. We did not find a better place than this site, the services we found in it, and the elegant and kind dealings, especially with Mrs. Jazlyne, who worked with us with dedication from the first day. I wish everyone to live here and enjoy the classy place.

Perfect high rise condo in front of Erin mills town center. Amazing view from the room and balcony. Very good service, supportive management team. Secure locker for parcels, paid underground car parking, garden, play area, gym, BBQ, lounge room, conference room, mini theater, party room. All the facilities are well maintained. Rent is high but worth paying it! I have been living in this condo for the last 7 months and am highly satisfied with the services.Down point: Paid visitor parking!

Having wonderful experience with skyrise. Management Team is good. Specially Carmen is really good and treats you as your family. Don't feel like we're away from the family and friends because of her. Shops, mall, garden everything nearby. Awesome location Awesome people. Would have recommended this place now as well, if Carmen was still there. But, now with Carmen resigned from here.. I can't vouch for it.
