Even with some recent glitches in the app or new Membership updates. How can you not love these awesome people. A kind community, with amazing quality and longevity, well designed. ( they put years into making a new product and testing is out. The results are amazing looking and functional clothing! Listening to customers, wanting feedback and ensuring it goes to the right person. This is a Community not just a retail store. The GEC ( guest education center), is always on hand with a kind and helpful person happy to assist you.I find most go above and beyond, and there are not too many clothing companies that will back their products use and longevity. I have pants that are 15 years old. And look as good as the day I bought them. If you are using and caring for their products as per the label . All should be well. I have made a practice of only washing Lululemon with Lululemon. Free and clear detergents, liquid. Wash in cold and hang to dry. It's a little extra work, but those 128.00 pants better last! Plus I save so much on drying! Not to mention my clothing lasts so long, that I don't always need a new pair of... And I choose comfort and style. If it's not comfortable, and functional, why would I wear it?

This is a great store pricey, but very good clothing and you can get them crops for free

Nobody can answer the phone? Also staff aren’t very helpful at this store.

Found the employees friendly and helpful in general. I'm especially grateful for one of them yelling my name down the street to give me back my phone that I accidentally left in the changeroom!!!

Thus is a store which is fulfilled with the modern sense design. I feel a little bit nervous toward those products but it's quite convincing for the young to purchase those appeals. It might be a good option for the bus commuters to browse here when they are waiting for bus in the cold winter.

Central location with bus stop right in front of the store. The layout of the store is cramped with products and shelves everywhere which makes for a relatively crowded store when there are equally a large crowd of people looking at products. Didn’t like how the cross body bags were shelved in the line up at the check out making it difficult to look at the products without blocking other people lining up for the cashier.

One thing to charge 200 dollars for a pair of pants... Another to make you wait 30 minutes in line to pay....Staff was very nice and all, just set up poorly

loveee this location very friendly and helpful staff. a lot of items can be low or out of stock, especially in smaller sizes, but employees are very helpful with ordering the item for you or offering to notify you if the item comes back in stock!

I had an issue with an item I had purchased and they replaced it without any issues at all. I was extremely impressed with the service and how they stand behind their product.

This is a fairly new location as they moved up the street from a previous building. The new space is bright, inviting, and provides much more room to move around than before. Staff here are friendly, knowledgeable, and despite the huge crowds of people waiting in line for change rooms or to pay, everyone seems easy going and is able to provide great customer service. They even have a small section for hemming off to the side near the cash.
