Very friendly and professional Servises. I needed repairs and leaking stopped. The manager and the young man that did all the work were very courteous and gave all the details of what need to be done. It has only been a few weeks and it has not rained yet. Choose Citadel Roofing to install some attic vents. Actually, they were only roofers who responded to me in December and actually bothered to follow up in a timely manner. This is a follow-up to an earlier review. Based on previous work done by Citadel our strata complex hired Citadel Roofing & Building Maintenance to re-roof 12 units. Citadel’s initial quote was in-line with other quotes; where they differed was in their response to job specs. Part of the project included insulation upgrades. While other companies that quoted simply said they didn’t do insulation, Citadel went out of their way to find us a reputable company that would work alongside them. After choosing Citadel for our project some of our council had questions about the shingle company Citadel was dealing with (GAF). Citadel again went out of their way to contact the Western Canadian representative for GAF to alleviate any of our concerns. It is also worth noting that the GAF rep personally showed up on-site to answer any questions and ensure all work met their specifications. As the project proceeded, we discovered some HVAC work that needed to be done. Citadel again referred us to a reputable company, and seamlessly coordinate with them. Shane and his brother (owners) were both on-site daily overseeing the project. Shane provided regular reports on their progress, and consulted with council on any anomalies that presented themselves. The crew for Citadel were polite, respectful, and ensured everything was cleaned up at the end of each day. We received numerous communications from owners expressing how impressed they were with the crew. There were a couple of incidents where some minor property damage occurred and Citadel was quick to acknowledge and repair it at their own cost. We are very pleased with the end product. Based on our experiences I would highly recommend Citadel Roofing and we would not hesitate to use their services again.

We have an architecturally challenging roofline (mansards) and we needed to replace the roof rivets. Citadel Roofing responded quickly to our need. They completed the work well in a timely manner. They kept good communication with us throughout the project. We had employed them in the past for various repairs and will continue to do so. We were always satisfied with their service and work.

We just had our roof replaced. Citadel did a wonderful job. From the initial contact, Clayton was very easy to work with He communicated everything that should and could be done. We were given different options and never pushed to spend more money than we wanted. He was responsive to every call and email. The workers replaced the roof in a very timely manner. They took care to ensure nothing was damaged and that the site was left clean. oh...they also fixed our chimney which was in desperate need of repair. We have now hired them to replace a roof at another property we own.At least be sure to contact them and then decide if they are the right match...I'm pretty sure you will be happy if you hire Citadel.
