Came in for a pretty simple order, the whole time while ordering the employee at the cash doesn't really care what you want. Asked for a chicken strip combo with fries and a pop, punched in just the strips, asked me what sauce, didn't punch in the combo and just asked what's next?". Corrected it to a combo then asked for a mozza burger

I arrived 7:20 AM and purchased two chicken buddies and an Uncle Burger. There was only one employee behind the counter but Penny still made me a fantastic meal. Very friendly service and while she assured me that it would take a little longer, she was working on it while the fryers were heating up very efficiently.

Very disappointed!Had a great experience in the drive through and because i ordered a Beyond Meat burger I had to wait - which is normal but when it was brought out to me and I drove back to work looking forward to eating - first bite and I realize it was not even cooked! Even though I waited 5 min...working so can't go back. I am used to checking the bag to make sure i have what i ordered but this makes me think i need to have a bite and make sure its cooked.

Front counter staff very friendly and clean tables and bathroom. Food is always good there. I go once a week. Big thanks to Jeff for always smiling and a welcome greeting.

So I went to A and W Tuesday at about 6 pmIm a professional and had just come from work and was dressed professionallyI planned to go in use the john and buy dinner which runs me around 25 bucksThe resteraunt had a sign about bathrooms for customers and was lockedI came to the counter of the totally empty resteraunt and told the cashier (who wore no nametag and refused to give his name later) and told him hey i just need to use the john and wash my hands and im coming out to order dinner can you open the doorHe sat grinning and said sorry nopeI then asked him do i look transient and opened my wallet to show him i had plenty of cash for dinnerHe sat there bemusedand refusedI then asked for his name nopeI asked to speak to the manager he told me he was the supervisor which i doubtI eat at A and W all the time (but not this location again) and am shocked that a well dressed customer who intended to buy 25 bucks but wanted to pee and wash his hands first cant do thatAnd the smarmy supervisor" was just infuriatingI left and went to McDonald's down the road and left a message with A&W head office which they didnt respond toConsidering the website lists 3 A and W values and ones community i think this was a failure"

I appreciate this location. The manager went out of his way the other day to help a man with a physical barrier get his food to his seat without any issues. It was great to see him jump to action so quickly. It’s always nice to go through the drive thru and hear the fellow with the dreamy voice.The only area for improvement would be the girl who takes her breaks in the restaurant area and has FaceTime out loud where everyone can hear and see it. Her doing this takes away from the calm, quiet vibe when you’re trying to eat your classic breakfast.

I really like what the company has done over the last few years. In my opinion they rank above both Wendy's and McDonald's. This location though is in desperate need of some groundskeeping! From the outside of can't tell whether it's closed open or abandoned.
