I love shopping at this store for skincare and perfume. They have friendly and pleasant staff, which makes the whole shopping experience very enjoyable. They always find the right products that suit my needs. I am impressed by the knowledge they have and their customer service is beyond expectation. Would definitely recommend this store!

I always come here when I visit Vancouver. I love this place as it is very fun to shop. They have many luxury products that may be hard to find elsewhere. My sales girl, Cammy, was delightful. I was shopping for various perfumes and she took the time to make suggestions and offered me her expertise. I was also able to purchase over the phone as I am out of town. Very easy. Owner is also very fun to talk to!

Worst shopping experience ever! The sales representatives are so pushy and they gossip right in front of customers. I will never come back nor refer any friends here. I would rather purchase at a higher price at HR or Nordstrom for a better service. I would give a negative rating if that’s an option.
