Peter is a great guy, wears his heart on his sleeves. I contacted him to tune our old piano, he honestly advised us not to invest in tuning that old piano. We visited his piano store and bought a well maintained used piano. He delivered the piano and took the old piano to the landfill at no cost!!!!! I highly recommend Haines Piano services to anyone who are looking to tune their pianos or buying one.Thank you Pete!!!

I had a pleasant experience with Peter. Because of COVID, we communicated via text. However, his store is spacious, clean, and well-maintained. He delivered the piano way ahead of time. I would recommend him for your piano needs (service, tuning, repairs, and moving).

I recently moved to London, bringing along my baby grand piano, found Pete's piano service and he tuned it. The piano finally sounds beautiful again after being moved and not tuned for years! I'll definitely be going back to him for future tunings.

They moved a baby grand piano for us and were very careful and considerate. We appreciated the extra care when it started to rain. The piano was set up in the location we requested. I would highly recommend them and use them again.

Great service. Highly professional. My piano had not been tuned in a very long time and had a key sticking. Pete did a wonderful job of tuning, and fixing not only the stuck key, but seeing a potential new problem and fixing that as well! I highly recommend!
