I called with a last minute request to have my Dress Blues cleaned the day before our Banquet. C&R came through for me! They were friendly, fast, and I thought the price was fair. Highly recommend! I will be back.

It's a dry cleaning place. It does everything a dry cleaning place should do, and doesn't do anything a dry cleaning place shouldn't do. they cleaned my clothes, and nothing else. Five stars

Overall if you're just getting your clothes dry cleaned... they're good. Usually done within a week or sooner IF you ask! Shirts about $2 and pants are about $5 to dry clean (which really isn't bad). I haven't had too many issues with getting my stuff dry cleaned.On the flip side, tailoring is becoming a hassle there. It used to be back within a week and a half and was only $13 per dress shirt. The last 2 items I brought there took almost a month and was now $19 a piece. After waiting a month, it isn't worth it.If you just need your stuff dry cleaned, they'll get the job done. If you need it tailored, go somewhere else! Friendly staff (I personally haven't had any issues) and i'm always in and out.

I've been a loyal customer of C & R Cleaners for 7 years while a student at UND. The customer service is phenomenal. The wonderful ladies of the N 5th St. location remember my name and have my clothes ready as soon as I walk through the door. The price for their work is very reasonable. Cleaning turnaround is quick. I highly recommend this location.

Very pleased. Dropped the jacket, shirts, and ties off first thing in the morning and everything was ready for me to pick up right away in the afternoon.

They are a very professional organization. I have been doing business with them for years. Top notch cleanliness. I wouldn't trust my linens and dry cleaning to be done any other place than C& R cleaners & laundry.

Great service and value! They cleaned and fixed my Carhartt coat in a flash because I told them I needed it quick.

I usually love C&R. The staff is always so friendly and they do an amazing job, however recently I called and spoke to a woman who was extremely rude which caught me off guard. Well, when I went in, it was the same lady and she was not a pleasant lady, she was extremely rude and not helpful. Maybe she was just having a bad day, nope went and picked stuff up and there was again, & this time even more unpleasant the first two times. Criticized me for not picking up my garments on the day they told me it would be done when I dropped it off & made me feel bad that I was late picking it up, even though I was sick the last few days. I really hope they reconsider who they have working the front desk
