They have a legal contract with ebay that I'm not allowed to ask about my package they are delivering. Plus the lady on the line straight up yawned into the phone while I was talking

I had the same experience with the people who previously commented. I had an order from Amazon and supposed to arrive 1st week of December. When I checked again it says it was moved and expected on December 28, 2022. After that day I checked again and it was noted that my package seemed to be lost and tge worst thing was they don't have a contact number or email where you can directly contact them to get it resolve and get the refund. Until this day I'm figuring out how to get my refund for that order.

I, like many others wish Google had a zero rating. This company is terrible, they never deliver my Amazon order on time and packages sit at their facilities for days, sometimes weeks without moving. They also never notify you when the package is out for delivery or has been delivered. I have received 2 Amazon refunds because of their shoddy work.

Like many of the comments, I too had a birthday gift purchased through Amazon that was to be delivered by them. Package has sat at the customs cleared" stage for over 2 weeks. Safe to assume that I won't be receiving it.Such a shame that Amazon has chosen to use them as one of their delivery companies with such negative reviews."

What a fraud company....Amazon ,if you r reading to this ..please note, you should stop shipping from Pitney Bowes ...It's a scam ...please read all reviews ...don't torture your loyal customers ...or else we have to switch to Walmart etc.....Pitney Bowes lies n only lies ...they r reachable but of no use ...as they say they don't talk directly ....if package is in my name and for me,then whom they want to talk??? Same old story. Package not delivered citing missing cartons"?... what does that even mean?No support available. the 1 phone number I found was "not in service"Absolutely the most useless shipping company out there!"

Agree with all of the other negative reviews here. Ordered something from Amazon 3 weeks ago and it shipped with Pitney Bowes, it was supposed to arrive within 5 days and the tracking still hasn’t updated. Super frustrating because they don’t even have a customer service number to call for tracking updates. Whatever you order, make sure it does not ship with Pitney Bowes. I’m convinced that they’ve lost my order.

I wish I could give 0 stars. This company is absolutely horrible for delivery and I don’t understand how Amazon affiliates with them with such poor reviews. I contacted Pitney’s customer service line; my Amazon notifications stated Pitney attempted delivery yesterday but there was a problem with my address (which isn’t possible. We have at least 2 deliveries every week without issues). I was connected with a rep who clearly had no idea what he was doing or how to assist me. I asked to speak to a supervisor and he connected me with Amazon Driver Services!!! Who, for obvious reasons, can’t help me because I’m clearly not a delivery driver. I work for a very well known world-wide carrier in this field so I’m not naive to how delivery carriers operate. How am I supposed to ensure they have the correct address inputted if I can’t even speak to the carrier to rectify the issue? Yes, I know that if there is an address issue it has to go back to Amazon first, but to not even be given the opportunity to ensure this is the case and reduce fuel/time/customer aggravation, is a deplorable business model. Amazon needs to drop this company like a fresh boiled hot-potato.

Echoing feedback from others. Package from Amazon cleared customs on Dec 7th. Nothing heard since. Called, got a voicemail message. Called again, mailbox full. Even the seller described Pitney Bowes as 'reckless' and thankfully provided a refund. Horse and cart would be more reliable. Zero stars is not possible unfortunately.

Worst delivery company. I don't know why Amazon works with this delivery company. I been waiting over a month and I still haven't received my package. Checked there tracking number and it is still at the same place. I don't know why it takes them so long. After I get my package I hope I never deal with this horrible delivery company again
