Definitely my favorite Paint store in Edmonton. Sales associate is a 10. Very helpful and does not make you feel rushed with making that final decision of choosing a paint color. Clean and tidy store.

We were just there buying paint to do a new build home. The gentleman helping us was kind. When I couldn’t figure out their coffee machine that is there for customer service, the office lady was rude. Told me they are not a coffee shop. Wow I spend over $1000.00 and that was the attitude? I need a lot more paint but just that rude comment will make me go to another location. If you get that upset when a customer can’t figure it out don’t bother with a coffee corner. That 1 rude comment about a cup of coffee costed you more then you realized.

Staff treated me with kindness and respect. They helped me understand the size of paint chip I needed in order to be able to match it. Took the time to help, timing was great, very pleasant. Visited 2 of these stores now, 1 in Fort Mac and other in Edmonton. Service was great, will definitely recommend and will continue to bring my business to them.

Awesome staff and awesome service. I needed 14 gallons of paint for my fence.....its a large fence, haha. They took my order over the phone and had the paint mixed before I arrived to save me tons of time! They were really great on the phone and even helped me load the paint in my vehicle.I always knew Sherwin-Williams had the best paint, now I know they have the service to match.

Came in just before closing because I had just run out of paint.. the staff was amazing!! The gentleman that helped me was busy and trying to help so many people all at once and he did an amazing job of it. He even called me by my first name when my paint was ready!!!!Thank you for being so helpful!!
