I went to colour addiction for haircolor and highlights. I loved my experience there and the recommendation turned out excellent for me. I will be a regular!

I was originally recommended to Sam at Colour Addiction a few years ago and I have been a loyal customer ever since. It was hard for me to find a salon that was customer focused, listened to my requests and tried their best to accommodate my schedule and finally I have found one. Thank you, Sam and Laura, for running a business that understands and values the customer. I will be a loyal and happy customer that continues to recommend others!

I am aghast at a one star review for this salon! It seems very unfair, considering it wasn't Colour Addiction that caused a problem for the reviewer. If I went to a department store that had a kiosk in it by another vendor- I would not give the store a one star review because I had a bad experience at the vendor. I have been a devoted client of Sam and Laura's at Colour Addiction for almost twenty years, and never experienced anything other than a warm greeting from Laura and Sam, and efficiently delivered services(never had to wait more than 10 minutes to be seated), in their very clean salon- and only ever treated as if I was a very valued client. They only ever give me the best hair treatments(I also have very difficult hair- so get the keratin treatment here)with reasonable prices for the quality they deliver. I have highlights as well, and frequently have had strangers ask me where I get my hair done, because they liked what they saw. Two years ago, we moved forty minutes from the salon, and I still commute back to have my hair done at Colour Addiction- because I am so pleased with everything about Colour Addiction! I left other salons, because they charged high prices, but you had to deal with several people working on you- which was a revolving door of rookies, so I never felt appreciated as a client, and was often not happy with the results of their work. Sam and Laura give excellent one on one services, and over the years I have gotten to know many other clients who have been coming to this wonderful salon for years too. It is busy- and gets great and deserving reviews for too many reasons to count. Thank you Laura and Sam!!!

Sam was fabulous, kind and treated me with great care. I used to get my colouring of long hair done with him, but during Covid got Alopecia and lost a lot of hair. There is hardly any left to 'style' and I can no longer colour, however Sam did a great job working with the short bits and I left feeling confident. Highly recommend this salon.

Colour Addiction is an amazing salon. Sam and Laura are amazing people and take the time to get to know you and treat you like family when you walk in the door. I have had 2 hair straightening treatments, many colour applications and highlights done at this salon and each and every time it has surpassed my expectations. My hair has never felt and looked so healthy. They are up to date on the latest treatments and trends. This is definitely one of the best salons in the GTA.

I have had my hair cut and coloured here for many years. They have 3 chairs and try and book their appointments so that no one is waiting for more than a few minutes. They serve great tea/coffee and conversation. I usually see Erika, but if she is busy, Sam and Laura are happy to take me and I am happy with the results. They work hard to deliver the look their clients are after. I feel that I get honest advise about potential cuts and colouring that I would like to try. I go in monthly for root touch-ups, quarterly cut or trim and biannual Keratin treatments. I would recommend booking in advance if possible, as they are usually busy. There is ample parking across the street at Canadian Tire. I keep going back, not only because I am happy with the results, but the relaxing atmosphere that they provide.

I have been going to colour addiction since it opened its doors. Laura has been doing my hair for many years before that and I will not let anyone else touch my hair. She's professional and her service is incredible. She knows what style of cut suits my face. I am in the middle of changing my black hair colour to lighter colour and she's taking the time to do it so it looks nice and not orange.I especially love her hair washes. I love the head massages that she gives me. I would go everyday for just that if I could.

Colour Addiction is an amazing hair salon. I’ve been going there for the past 15 years. Sam is so knowledgeable about the hair industry, and is an excellent hair stylist. I have gotten the Brazilian blowout a few times, and it is so worth it, my hair looks great during the humid summers. I would highly recommend Colour Addiction.

Colour addiction is very highly recommended! I’ve been going to this salon for many years! Throughout these years I’ve changed my hair style many times! The thing I absolutely love is how they keep up with the current trends and are able to execute every time! Sam is AMAZING at colour! A true professional! Everything that I’ve ever wanted I’ve got! My balayage looks amazing! Sam was able to transform my dark brown hair into something stunning! Way better than I could have imagined! Time and patience is everything with this hair style and Sam nailed it bang on! I’m happy every time I leave! For those looking for a new salon, give Colour Addiction a chance! You will not be disappointed! 5 stars all around!

After searching for a hair salon to highlight and color my hair, I came across Color Addiction. I am super glad I found them. Sam did my hair and I cannot thank him enough for making my hair beautiful again. He did an amazing job and I am truly happy with my hair color and the highlights. I will certainly be back for more.
