It wasn't busy, so everybody could remain two meters apart from each other easily. There was a buy one get two free mix and match section at the back, while most items at the shop were at buy one get the second at half price.

I recently had a negative experience with this store. I bought a number of items and when I arrived at home I found that one of the bulky security tags was not removed. I do not live close to the mall and had to drive back to get it removed. I can understand human error, these things happen but you would think the store would compensate in some way for this inconvenience - but NO, “they don’t do that”. Poor customer service. Very disappointing.

The most unpleasant customer service I've ever had. The girl I dealt with said she's the store manager, she wasn't help me at all with my simple size exchange, but rushing to close and push me out of her store with an impatient altitude. I used to buy lots of stuffs from here for myself and my family, this is the first time I had to take things back and exchange, very disappointing the way they treat their customer, and even the store manager fail to solve problem and wasn't even able to give any alternative suggestions. Absolutely no visit back

Employees were extremely helpful and quick to find the correct sizes needed. Store has a good selection of products. Was cashed out in a timely manner, overall had a nice experience.

All staff are super friendly and fast here. One was quick to jump on cash to check me out when I was waiting in line. During my trip here, I had a wonderful experience and I was quickly welcomed and approached when I had enter the store. I found everything quickly with the help of one of the associates.

I wouldn’t even put a one star. The customer service is incredibly lacking. Went to do a return and made me wait 30 minutes. The associates do not know how to talk to customers and are extremely rude. Will never buy from there again!

Not a friendly environment at this location. No one is really there to help and its not welcoming at all. My sister and I witnessed one of the workers being very rude and basically racist towards 2 asian customers who were checking out the same time that we were and it was overall just an unpleasant experience!
