Greater Victoria Energy Solutions did our home energy efficiency assessment prior to getting a new heat pump installed. Their staff was courteous and professional as they worked with us through the pre and post assessments. They answered questions about not only the home assessment process, but also the government rebate process as well as HVAC systems in general. Communication was excellent and they had no issues doing so by phone, email, or text. Wonderful company! Highly recommended!
