They are different of what they pretending...unfortunately !!

They are so careless with their customers. They never followed up with my mothers citizenship application after I specifically asked them to. Because they had originally filed her citizenship application, they sent her application to their address instead of our house. They never called to say it had arrived there. After one month of waiting and calling CIC many times ourselves, the CIC gave us a potential address of where it could have been sent and we finally figured out that the certificate was sent to their office. When my mother picked up her certificate, they said that they didn't have the original envelope it came in.. why? because it had the original date on it and they wanted to pretend that it had come just a couple of days before!!They are so unreliable!!
