Lady seemed really nice till I said I’m a construction worker. Glad we didn’t get a place here. Everything is over priced anyways. Who’s ever paid 90$ for parking? Crazy

Rented two different units off these heartless clowns. First unit facing Colborne. They gave us blinds and full attention. Then we had a flying red ant problem under our laundry sink....they waited days as we all got bit. And even still didn't fix the hole until I complained. The walls are moldy and rotten. While sheets of walls can move from an infant leaning on them. Over priced dump, that has no concept of compassion. Second unit....banister broken, bugs AGAIN!, doors and windows destroyed. Bricks and walk ways outside in disrepair. Floors feel weak, several leaks in units covered up. Put in work orders till blue in face. If you are taking a unit here call a health inspector or even have a full walk through testing everything . Lights burn out easy, replaced by complex......slow as hell. Hot water barely works, despite having a hot water heater in each unit. The heat is broken and works when it wants to (even in summer heat wave it can come on. And dangerous crime and theft due to faulty garage door allowing criminals to rob you. Not allowed to store anything in your parking spot (which you pay for) but land lords do it.... garbage bins always over flowing and stink. Out of date and over priced....might as well go to Oxford Street south, might seem ghetto.....but for half he price you get a better deal. I hope this corporation is shut down and decent human being takes it over. Sorry to any of you who get conned to live here.

Had such a lucky escape from here! Almost rented a unit here standing outside rental office waiting on the manager and a tenant walked by me saying “oh god someone moving into this s***hole good luck get out if you can”. Manager who showed me unit & who shall remain nameless ‘seemed’ nice at first to me being all chatty to me and the kids, calling me hon but wow showed her true colours later on when I started to ask questions. Think she would be very difficult to have as a rental manager not very empathetic I feel. Avoid renting a unit at this place at all costs unless you are desperate, especially if you have young kids (the manager told me the school across the road was “lovely” omg total lies just look it up). I truly feel relieved I was accepted at another property before I took this unit.

Worst rental ever!! Disgusting place found 26 mice so far. Rotten counters, mold , worn out carpet, ancient windows and tile floors. They will not do any work until you move out if if you have been a Tennant for over a decade with no problems. $1400. Month for a 2bdmBut they try to tell you nothing in your yard or they will throw it away on you. PS.after a year they charge you the increase on last month rent but don't give you the interest on the last month, ILLEGAL!!!!

They evict people for use tiny small pools in their property as a way to get rid of old tenants as per BlogTO posted. One star is too much
